Goede klanten service, snelle reactie bij vragen producten in goede kwaliteit, nu 3 producten besteld en nog steeds tevreden producten worden goed in gepakt maar bij mijn laatste 2 bestellingen waren de de dozen toch beschadigd de binnen doos zou. Misschien wat steviger kunnen zijn zo dat de originele doos heel blijft, ben zeer tevreden 👍🏾

Next, they do not follow the rules with a 14-day right of return because they believe that you, as a customer, based on photos, must accept the product before they send it, and you therefore waive your right of withdrawal even though that practice is illegal, and do not change the fact that you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item.
So don't shop here

I found this website on Instagram thinking that was one those many that are selling fake stuff, but ones I’ve taken a better look I decided to give it a try. Everything looked pretty secure and customer service was every efficient as they were replying to my emails pretty quick, and proving as well with all accurate details of the shipment.
After having ordered the shoes on the 12/07 I’ve received 8 days after and the quality is amazing!
Definitely not my one and only order I will do!
10/10 for everything.
