I placed the order for a pair of Aphrodite gold bow stiletto heels for a friend who was visiting. I planned to surprise her with the shoes as a birthday gift so I really wanted them to be delivered on time.
I sent an email a few days later asking for updates on the shipping and Amy responded less than 24 hours after. She kept me in the loop and the shoes arrived on time!!! Exactly 5 working days after I placed the order.
Most importantly, my friend loveeeesssss the shoes!!! Superb quality. She said they felt comfortable and light. And she loved that the style was unique and different.
Public desire shoes are beautiful and affordable! Customer service is excellent. I highly recommend

I want to leave a review of my recent account of the Public Desire Team (Anna, Amy & Alex) handling my issue to return product or receive a refund. They all responded to me in a timely manner, but also, it was with patience and professionalism. I was looking for my refund within 1-5 days as stated by the team. However, I was sending a thank you note to the team, almost at the same time, I received a email notification that I was refunded. Checked my bank account and there it was. All of this happened in a one day time frame—OUTSTANDING!
I was very satisfied from the moment I contacted Public Desire with my concern to receiving my refund.

I made a first order yesterday, great discounts, and I accidentally ordered one of the items twice, so I emailed customer support to request removal of the extra item. Anna replied within hours to processes a refund. Excellent customer support and fast responses. Great business. Thanks Anna.

What a fantastic webshop
What a fantastic webshop! The boots I ordered are beautiful, very happy with them. The first time they got lost by Fedex, but after I contacted customer service, I was helped well by Amy, Marie and Anna they immediately made and sent a new order and it arrived safely. Excellent customer support
I ordered a pair of shoes, when the confirmation was received I noticed that the size had gone through as the default size and not the size I required. I emailed Public Desire to ask if we could change the order, I wasn't expecting them to be able to this. Most companies would say no, you'll have to return then ( at your own cost) and place a new order. Public Desire did NOT do this. They responded to my email well within 24 hrs, saying they are trying to do this, and will let me know.
Within 48 hours (I placed the original order over the weekend), Marie confirmed my order had been changed to the correct size.
I received my order on the Thurday however, I had received both sizes.
I emailed again to let them know, Marie responded, thanked me for my honesty and sent me a prepaid Royal Mail label to return the item not required.
For a company to be so understanding and go to these lengths to provide the customer with great customer service and support is very rare. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Public Desire and most importantly to Marie personally. I ordered the shoes for a birthday present to myself and they arrived on my birthday. Marie did not know this, but still went out of her way to correct my order, without any complications for me.
Thank you Marie and the Public Desire team. Well done. I will be back.

They work with you on issues
I had an issue when I received a pair or heels that were different from what I ordered. I appreciate the company helping me to correct it and staying consistent with communication. Specifically Alex and Anna, as they were patient. Although this past order didn't work out, I will definitely continue to shop with Public Desire.
