I lost a strap off my heels during a night out and wishfully reached out to the Public Desire Team to see if it could be resolved. Amy and Alex dealt with my query promptly and subsequently sent me a brand new strap. This company goes above and beyond for their customers which is refreshing to see in a world full of poor customer service teams. Will always recommend Public Desire as their products are brilliant quality too!

The boots arrived very quickly after ordering. Good email contact throughout. Before purchasing from Public Desire I checked Trustpilot, as this has helped me make informed choices before I make purchases after having had bad past experiences.

Quick and Efficient Customer Service
I needed to cancel my order as i ordered the incorrect size due to an error on the webpage where the shoe size changed from a size 5 to a size 3. Lucy was quick in responding to my query and my refund was issued straight away. She then helped me resolve the error so i could order the correct size. I was happy with the quick response and helpful customer service.

Amazing brand and support
They are amazing and the customer support is flawless. I have ordered by mistake a wrong number of boots and i have written immediately the customer service to ask for assistance. I was helped in less than one hour by Lucy, who's been so kind and i am very grateful and now everything is solved.

Perfect shoes for wedding!
I'm a bridesmaid with wide feet, flat arches, and bunions from hell. I've been trying to find a shoe that would actually fit for the wedding and luckily Public Desire had feet like mine in mind. Although my bunions still expand over both edges of the square toe box, the shoes are open-toed and leave room for my bunions to poke out through the spaces between the straps. If I can't have nice feet at least I can have nice shoes!

Après avoir commandé on reçoit un mail disant que l'article n'est plus en stock, complètement respectueux de de laisser les gens commander si c'est le cas, c'était pour faire un cadeau, le remboursement n'est en plus pas immédiat ce qui fait que la personne qui devait recevoir ce cadeau n'aura rien de ma part. De mon point de vue je vous déconseille complètement de commander.
