Easy to order
Easy to order, came as expected , would prefer it to be a size 14 , not yhe 14/ 16 that i had to order as a little big for a 14 . Zip came apart at the bottom when I tried it on and pulled in the toggles, I fixed it my se but was disappointed as it costs a fair bit for a puffer .

Really love the jacket. Tested out in the storms this week and it didn’t let in any water!! Halt is dry due to the extended hood!!

Love this jacket
Saw the Oversized rain jacket on Socials and bought the brown check with fleece lining. really really happy with it. have had multiple compliments on it and had to share the Puffit page cos everyone wants one now. highly recommend this company and this product. Have looked for a decent rain jacket with a hood that adequately covers your head and I have finally found one. I love the print and it has been put to the test on the wet school runs and it's passed with flying colours. The quality it great, the delivery takes a little while but its worth the wait. 5 stars from me 🌟

at first I liked the company
at first I liked the company. yes it took a few weeks for the item to arrive but the comms I received was ok.
However when it came to return the item the problems started. it takes a while to get permission to send the item back.
I sent the jacket back via Royal Mail and managed to lose the tracking number. They are now saying that without the tracking number they cannot refund me despite me being able to prove the item was returned. This system is rediculous and the return point is obviously not manned as the companty is based in China.
yes losing the tracking number was my fault, but they are so unwaivering in not being able to help that I would not recommend buying from them.

Really pleased with my jacket
Really pleased with my jacket, not tested the waterproofing yet but had my first compliment on day 1 of wearing. The only downside is the length of time taken to deliver however I would purchase again!

Really impressed with my first Puffit
My sister has the lined oversized jacket and raved about it so much that I decided to order the waterproof hoody. I haven’t had the opportunity to put the waterproofing to the test yet, but it fits perfectly and looks fantastic. Really happy with it so far, and I’ve already got my eye on another one.

I've now bought the brown waterproof trousers as you didn't have my size when I ordered tue jacket. Also brown leggings and a leopard print waterproof jacket too.

The product itself is extremely cheap…
The product itself is extremely cheap and not worth the price. You could buy a jacket for less than $30 on Amazon of the same quality. It ships from out of the country, but it actually didn’t take too long to get surprisingly. It ships from China so I don’t know if I should be expecting a tariff bill. I don’t think I’ll be buying things from this brand anymore. The jacket is crazy oversized on me. Even with the string adjustments, it looks like a huge trash bag covering me. The Velcro on the arms is already coming off due to poor stitching. I hate that I bought this. Save your money!

Gorgeous coat
Gorgeous coat! Already been tested with the weather and it's definitely keeping the rain out. The extra large hood is a huge bonus. Delivery was slightly longer than expected but I was kept fully up to date so no complaints.

Quality products
I have purchased jacket with fleece lining and the oversized gilet both are amazing quality items. I get lots of positive comments when wearing so hopefully more orders for you. I love the tall puffy collar on gilet but would be even better if this incorporated a hood, zipped up when not needed but there for the rain

Mid length rain jacket
Nice coat, very impressed by the waterproof coating. Quality is good, for the price I would like to see slightly better stitching and the zip isn’t that smooth, but overall happy as it suits my purpose. Delivery was within the stated time frame so no issues there.

I got the one sized puffit jacket in…
I got the one sized puffit jacket in the brown/cream polka dots, the shipping was quick and the product is really good quality, the only downside is that because its one size its quite large on me (size uk 10) so it can look quite unflattering from the side and back, there is no cord at the bottom to tighten or loosen at the hips which i feel would make it more flattering, other than that its very cute and nice quality

Absolutely love my new coat
Absolutely love my new coat! I went for the Full Length Raincoat and it is perfect for rainy days and the colder mornings. Shipping did take a few days but it was worth the wait!
Also have the short oversized raincoat and again it is perfect. I went for the fleece lined. I had a small issue with my item and customer service was really helpful and resolved the issue straight away!
