Also Qualität ist absolut schlecht und bestimmt keine 80€ wert, würde für die Qualität nicht mal 20€ zahlen, geht dann lieber zu Kik da ist sogar die Qualität noch besser. Herstellung gefühlt 10€, dann wird damit geworben wie schön dick flauschig die Jacke ist, ist es aber nicht ganz im Gegenteil. Eine hauchdünne Schichtung, beim laufen hört sich’s an als hätte man ne Mülltüte an. Finger weg davon und lasst euch nicht verarschen

The jacket arrived with lots of black marks but ater a bit of to and fro I got money back. Will order another as having tried a friends it is definitely waterproof and the adjustable hood and sleeves are great

My new Classic Full Length Brushed Line raincoat has been perfect for the wet weather recently and has kept me completely dry during school runs. I’m usually size 8-10 UK size and the size Small fit me well, with room for sweaters/jumpers underneath too. I love that you can tighten the hood to keep it on if it’s windy, and also tighten the waist so it doesn’t look too baggy.

Really like the fit of this jacket, looking forward to traveling with it in rainy climates. The only critique I have at this time is regarding the sleeves... I think I would have preferred a cinched-sleeve look or a longer Velcro strap, or maybe a slip clasp, to tighten the sleeves.

Misleidende kleurweergave en teleurstellende klantenservice
Let goed op wanneer je bij PUFFIT een jas bestelt! Bij het selecteren van verschillende kleuren toont de website afbeeldingen van meerdere kleuren door elkaar. Hierdoor is het onduidelijk welke kleur je daadwerkelijk bestelt.
Ik heb dit aangekaart bij de klantenservice en zelfs een schermopname als bewijs toegestuurd. Toch blijft PUFFIT erbij dat eventuele retour- en omruilkosten voor mijn rekening zijn.
Wat mij vooral teleurstelt, is de houding van de klantenservice. In plaats van verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor de verwarrende kleurweergave en de website te verbeteren, wordt het probleem bij de consument neergelegd.
Ik weet nog niet eens of ik de jas wil retourneren, maar wilde vooraf duidelijkheid over de kosten.
Ik deel deze ervaring om andere consumenten te waarschuwen. Controleer goed welke kleur er in je winkelmandje staat, want de foto’s op de website kunnen verwarrend zijn!

My new long raincoat is perfect. Its exactly what ive been looking for. Its stylish, comfy and completely waterproof! It also fits so well. The arms are just right and i’m a tall girlie! Perfect Raincoat!
I ordered the overhead rain jacket, with fleece lining and it is absolutely perfect. Sizing is true, quality is great and I’ve had so many good comments from friends asking where the coat is from. I’m definitely going to buy another colour, or something slightly thicker for winter!
