Love this company
I've recently bought two jackets, a raincoat and a puffer. The raincoat is great, it caught my attention on social media as it was so stylish and came in a variety of colours - I get lots of compliments about it - the quality is great and it arrived quicker that I expected. I've used the hood in a few downpours and it's so big, my hair stayed dry as a bone.
The puffer is also lovely but I've not worn it yet - am waiting for colder weather, but again the quality is great and it arrived really quickly.
The update on my orders were communicated really well and I knew exactly when they were going to be delivered. Really pleased with my orders and now have to stop myself from ordering more coats in different colours.

I love the look of the jacket and it’s…
I love the look of the jacket and it’s nice and warm but wouldn’t buy again.
Firstly, it took a long time to come and was shipped from China which I wasn't expecting. Secondly, it’s not actually that waterproof. Was caught in a downpour and my top underneath was damp and the things in my pockets were wet. To be honest, i expected better for the price i paid.
For a sunny, cold day it’s a great jacket but thats it.
I wanted to love it more!

Lovely raincoat
I had never heard of PUFFIT but saw an advert on Instagram and was impressed so made a purchase! It is a lovely raincoat - I bought the brown and I am really pleased with it. Fits lovely, lightweight but warm and good quality.

STM-TEX™ One Size Short Oversized Rain Jacket
My new coat arrived on Thursday, already worn in the rain a couple of times and it is brilliant. The rain literally runs off of the coat. I bought the unlined version as its oversized so you can really layer up. The quality feels great too. Very pleased and have had several compliments already with friends asking where I got it :)

I have ordered TWICE now
I have ordered TWICE now ! I love the jackets. My only downfall was on my second purchase, I ordered two jackets.. but only one was delivered to me. It’s very difficult to prove this though as the package was delivered but my full order was not inside. I contacted customer service immediately and sadly it is taking a long time for them to update me or advise me what to do. Sadly this experience has made me think twice with ordering again which I am truly gutted about! So I hope this gets sorted soon.

Padded crop jacket - stunning
Great service, tracked throughout the process which is great as comes from China.
The padded crop jacket is stunning in Mocha, fit is perfect and is so warm!! Love the big hood for those rainy days. Feels good quality, stitching is strong, zip feels long lasting, but as with all items only time will tell.
