It looks absolutely amazing, great quality

We ordered the bone ring with the pet name engraving and the pet face necklace with engraving and we were extremely pleased with the results! The jewellery is high quality, the engraving stands out brilliantly and the delivery was very quick! We would highly recommend

I’m so obsessed with my necklace and ring!! They are literally the only pieces of jewelry I reach out for every morning 😍😍😍

Great item, quality fantastic

Tarnishing and flaking started 3 months in, immediately after expiration of 2 month warranty. They offered for me to buy another necklace with a warranty. This is a garbage company, garbage product, and a waste of time and money.

PupRing was super helpful in reshipping a new necklace after the original came with a typo. Ana was very kind and quick to respond with helping me get the necklace corrected for my sister who had just lost her cat. The necklace came out great and she loves it!

I had 2 Bone Rings in rose gold made for my daughter and they are absolutely beautiful.

I’m a returning customer who just order 2 new necklace pet portraits. The artist carefully designed the artwork to my specific preferences and even helped alter a photo slightly. The quality of the necklace is great and each portrait is unique. Will definitely be buying again for family and friends!

Pup Rings has always been amazing in ordering, service, updates, quality, and delivery. I have 3 pieces by them and love them so much. I recommend them to everyone I know

Perfect gift 🎁

Items arrived quickly but not sure they are worth the prices advertised. The necklace is very small and a thin chain. The engraving is quite good though. If you're getting it as a collab or as part of a deal ie 241 it might be worth it.

The bracelet I received is absolutely stunning 😍 communication was great throughout the entire process as well!

i have 6 pets and got them all at different times so i had to order 6 separate pendants for my necklace and every time they arrived in a timely manner and the quality is amazing! my babies’ little faces on the pendants look just like the pictures i submitted for reference.

Such a wonderful company to deal with, right from the initial contact. Nothing was an issue and they went above and beyond, made the whole experience easier than expected considering the loss of our beautiful bearded dragon. This is our third purchase and I would highly recommend to anyone. The quality is outstanding

We recently had a dog pass away. My wife wasn't handling it very well. She came across these and loved them. I ordered it for mother's day and she absolutely loves it. You guys are great. Looks amazing and high quality.

The product did not take long to arrive, it was well crafted and it look incredibly nice.

Great job helping me with my tarnished product and replaced it without any complications. So appreciative!!

There are some things you just want to hold onto forever. 🐾
I’ve always said that the hardest part of being a dog mom is that they aren’t with us quite long enough. When pouring reached out to collaborate, I didn’t realize how emotional it would be to see kota’s face hand-stitched into a blanket and engraved onto a piece of jewelry I can wear every day.
The level of detail is honestly breathtaking—you can see the love in every stitch and every line. It’s not just "merch"; it’s a keepsake. I’m so incredibly grateful to have these pieces to keep Kota close to my heart, no matter where we are.

Ordered 4 custom pet necklaces and got 4 nice medallions but only 2 chains . How am I supposed to gift the other 2 without chains ? Absolutely no response from customer service via email as of yet.

This company took my money and pretended to ship my items. It’s been half a month and haven’t received my items. When I reach out to support they tell me the items shipped and they’re sorry and offer a 10% discount on another item. The tracking info on their site goes nowhere. And usps hasn’t received the package. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
