I ordered 10 days ago, in advance of Mother’s Day, because their Mother’s Day ads say the item ships in 4-7 days. Instead, it hasn’t arrived and I’ve received no replies to my multiple emails. Sent an email 5 days ago and 3 days ago to their support address - nothing. And their tracking information shows a label was created 9 days ago and has “arrived” and “departed” multiple times, while I’m still getting other automated emails that say my order is in process. Communication is really bad. Buyer beware!

I bought a ring after my beloved Honey Bun passed. I have bought puprings in the past and was very satisfied. However this recent ring appears to be much poorer quality. The ring looks plated because copper colored metal seems to have appeared on the edges and the black that highlights the name quickly faded out. I contacted puprings and they have replaced it but the black is already fading again from the text. I'm afraid it going to be the same as the one replaced. Puprings just charge more money! My previous 2 rings while worn are still silver and the text is clear and highlighted. Customer service was good however.

Great communication great product. Do wish the necklace charm was a bit bigger so you can actually see all the details but they are still beautiful.

Pictures and description of the products are misleading. I ordered a four charm necklace, that the advertisement made it look like the charm which separated. To our disappointment, all the charms just hang up on each other so they cannot be seen individually.

They have beautiful pet products suited for your needs. I love my personalized pup rings. I just received my blanket a few days ago, I believe it was Wednesday. When I opened up my blanket and saw my dogs face it made me cry. Now I can wrap myself in the blanket, it makes me feel like she's still here with me. I am very pleased with my purchases!
