I honestly can’t recommend Helen Edward’s agent enough. I was probably one of the pickiest tenants they’ve ever dealt with, and I know I asked a lot of questions and wanted everything to be just right before making a decision.Throughout the whole process, she was incredibly patient, professional, and understanding.
Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and Helen took the time to explain everything clearly and keep me updated every step of the way. She never made me feel rushed or pressured, which made such a difference during what can be a very stressful process.
Helen communication was excellent, and she genuinely cared about helping me find the right property rather than just getting a tenancy agreed quickly. I’m so grateful for all their help and support, and I would absolutely use them again in the future.
A true 10 star service from start to finish.Thank you for making the whole experience so much easier.

Excellent experience with Pure Investor from identifying the property of interest to purchase completion.
I mainly dealt with Chris who was excellent in providing all the required information and support in a timely manner with continuous follow-up during the entire process (e-mail & WhatsApp).

Best property investment company by far
I could not be happier with Pure Investor. They have made buying investment properties easy and are my go-to for market advice and knowledge.
The whole team does an amazing job of making things run smoothly throughout the process. Jaya has been my main contact, and simply, she is incredible and always available to speak if needed and will get any issues sorted quickly and efficiently.
Viki has made the process as a whole continue to move foward and is always responsive and helpful with any questions. Between Viki and Jaya, they have made investing in properties simple and easy.

Supper Fast and Effective
I have put an HMO for sales with Pure. Within the same day as providing the information, my property was listed and within a couple of days I had two viewings and two offers. It is clear that they carefully vet investors to work with serious buyers. Matt an Chris stand out, thank you guys!

From looking at the circumstances, it seems as though we could potentially have communicated better to you the reasons why we needed the level of detail regarding your property. Please accept our apologies for this, and it's something we'll be looking into moving forward.
When we're tasked with selling a client's property, or even providing them with a formal valuation, it's important that we can assess the property in detail. For this reason, we do need to have a clear understanding of factors including the lease, the rental income, the tenancy structure and the level specification amongst other considerations. This allows us to give clients a clear idea of the valuation.

From day one when I rang pureinvestor…
From day one when I rang pureinvestor and spoke to Mark I was so impressed with him and he just made me feel so relaxed and he went through with me on how their system works and what they would be doing step by step, once I gave them the green light to sell my apartment within Two weeks they found a Buyer and from then on things were taken over by Viki who looked after me and she was really good. They have got the deal done and I would recommend them to anyone who what to have a quick sale on their property, they have been very helpful and did look after me, I will always go back to them if I am to sell or buy again.

I have now had a positive response from the MD
Not a good experience. Wasted my time by hassling me, and then after I took the time to respond, they just went offline. Very rude.
It's fine if it's not your deal, but at least tell me.
It doesn't make me feel like they are very professional.
After having a response from the MD, I feel that I should change my feedback to positive.
That's all it takes sometimes: some correspondence.

Firstly, many thanks for taking the call this afternoon, it's greatly appreciated. As I mentioned on the call, whilst we get a large number of very positive reviews, the reality is that we learn far more from our mistakes. Whilst we always try and deliver the best possible customer service, we are human and occasionally 'drop the ball.' :-(
From looking at what's happened, it does appear as though we've fallen below the standards we set ourselves. Unfortunately, this was human error, as the team member involved thought he was waiting for a response from you, hence the lack of response.

Worked with Jaya on an investment…
Worked with Jaya on an investment property in salford and it s been an amazing experience. She would find you very good hidden gems, great negotiator but never too pushy. She would give you the right advice at the right time and always do the best for her client. I worked with other agents in the manchester area and she was the best by far. I have to precise I am not related to her but when you work with someone good at her job I believe it is important to be recognized.
