Excellent service by Chris, Matt and Viki-Louise! From initial valuations till completion, I’ve found them very responsive, honest and utterly professional. They clearly know what they’re doing and have the portfolio of buyers to back it up - can’t ask for more as a seller. When they say they have interests, you can 100% trust those are genuine. I would highly recommend their services.

Matthew is a very capable agent
Matthew is a very capable agent. They helped us find a high rental income tenant and kept the property in good shape without much hassle. Unfortunately the tenants have to terminate the tenancy early and there were some unnecessary misunderstanding from our side, but the whole experiences on hindsight was good.
The checkout process and the deposit handling process were peaceful, smooth and cooperative.
Matthew also managed to secured a good buy offer half way through in this difficult market.
We now decide not to use the apartment for buy-to-let, and wish to drop a line to thank Pure Investor/ Portfolio8.

Excellent company to be considered
The company was very helpful in finding the appropriate property that suited my request in a very short time. Buying a property in the UK while living abroad was a smooth and easy process thanks to Pure Investor, who guided me and explained how everything works and what should be considered.
The company also helped me find a good law firm to handle the registration and even continued to communicate on my behalf after all the paperwork was completed.

Kowledge, Experince and Service - EXCELLENT!
Pure Investor have recently sold an investment property for me. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Their knowledge of the investment market and their massive investor network clearly sets them apart from a high street agent. The service from Matthew who valued the property and got me onboard, Chris who porgressed the sale and Vicky who dealt with aftersales was faultless. If I could give them six starts out of five I would. I will definitely use them again.

It's been 4 months still no deposit i…
It's been 4 months still no deposit i mean the incompetence is WILD! Then after I had called them daily for months they turn around and are trying to take a huge amount of money from my deposit. I have told them holding my deposit is illegal and what they are doing Is morally wrong but there not organised I have come to know there operation its a mess. Going to out a review out everywhere and spread as far as I can do to watch out!

As I mentioned on our call, prior to us speaking I'd taken time to understand the situation fully, and having now done so, in this instance I feel we've unfortunately fallen below the high standards we set ourselves.
The reality is that there were significant delays in various parties coming back to us regarding the issues in the flat, however this was not relayed to you in our usual timely and efficient manner. The fact that people were delayed in responding to us does not excuse us not providing you with relevant updates on progress and developments relating to the issue.
I understand that the issues relating to the deductions from the deposit have now been resolved to your satisfaction, but please do let us know if this is not the case.
Once again, please accept our apologies, and we wish you the very best with your upcoming nuptials.

I had a fantastic opportunity working with the team at Pure investment. The team was fantastic, securing me the right property, taking time to understand my requirements as in investor. Chris are team managed the entire relationship and transaction from end to end making life easy for me and hassle free.
