Outstanding service from Pure Investor
I can’t recommend Pure Investor highly enough. After my flat had struggled to sell for some time due to ongoing ground rent issues, I was beginning to think a sale just wasn’t going to happen. Pure Investor completely turned that around by finding a reliable cash buyer, which made the whole process far smoother and quicker than I ever expected.
What really sets them apart is their vast network of experienced landlords who are actively looking to take over and let flats. This depth of connections clearly makes a huge difference, especially for properties that don’t fit the standard residential buyer profile.

Our core focus as a business is the sale of tenanted properties (landlord to landlord) transactions, as we see these as a genuine all-round win. You generate rental income up to completion, the buyer gets immediate rental income and a good tenant, and the tenant gets to stay in their property/home.

A serious and highly successful company providing a terrific service: thank you. I’ve been working with Helen and the rest of the team at Pure Investor to let my property - which is not an easy task given it is just one week before Christmas. Recommended company
Finally found a good company who provides excellent service. After trying few other similar companies where always hidden charges pop up and sale doesn't go through Pure Invest provided straight forward service. Good communication, no surprises about hidden charges and every question answered and smooth process. Highly recommended.

Jaya is like a little shining star!
From the get go the staff at Pure were friendly, helpful and wanted to get the sale done.
Matthew was the first point of contact and although a little overzealous with the initial pricing, we were able to find a more realistic middle ground.
The next point of contact was Jaya and she really shined! She went above and beyond to ensure the sale went through and was always on the other end of a WhatsApp or phone call if we needed her.
The only reason I haven't given the full 5 stars is due to the Sales Progression Manager. Upon introducing herself to us, she copy and pasted a generic email with the wrong details on, spelt my name wrong on a couple of occasions and ignored my request for a memorandum of sale.
After that we dealt with Jaya and the transition went as smoothly as it could, despite us being in out of comms for the latter end of the sale.

The worst service
The worst service I’ve experienced in 9 years of full-time property work.
Pure Investor delivered a level of service that genuinely shocked me.
Communication was non-existent.
“Lack of staff” was used as a constant excuse for basic failures.
Information given was misleading.
Calls were ignored, even when I offered to visit in person to progress the matter.
For a company positioning itself as an investment specialist, this behaviour is completely unacceptable. As someone who networks weekly and runs a large property community, I feel a duty to warn others: this was, without question, the poorest experience I’ve had in a property transaction.
Be extremely careful before engaging with this firm.

Having now had a chance to look through the points raised, we thought it best to try and respond to the individual points you have raised:
Lack of Communication
You have stated that our communication was 'non-existent.' Having looked though the email exchanges over the period from the 12th June to the 3rd December, our Sales Progressor sent 29 emails to you and your brother to provide feedback and updates on the process. In addition, your solicitors were sent 38 separate emails, several which either yourself of your brother were included on. We are currently speaking with our telecoms providers with a view to providing details on the numbers of calls made to both yourself or your brother and your solicitors. Outside of the sales progression team, it appears as though a number of other team members also sent emails to you to provide additional updates. We will be providing copies of all emails to the Content Integrity team at Trustpilot for independent verification on this.
Information Given Was Misleading
If you feel any information we provided during our updates was misleading we apologise; however I would ask you to please provide some more details on this, ideally to the content integrity team at Trustpilot as well as ourselves. Again, we will always look to learn from our client feedback, both positive and negative, so the more information you can provide on this would be appreciated.
Meetings Declined
I do appreciate that were looking to meet up at property event you were attending in Manchester. This was indeed unfortunate that we were unable to attend the event, and we would like to apologise for that. We would never normally look to avoid meeting a client in person (quite the opposite!), but I hope you would understand that the team member in question was unavailable on the time of the event and was therefore unable to attend.
From looking at the wider process, I think one of the key issues during the process was your requirement to sell the separate parcel of land concurrently to the sale of this property. We understand that the time constraints on this separate sale (not through ourselves) added an additional level of complexity which resulted in the solicitors having to undertake additional due diligence before completing on the sale. Unfortunately, this did result in the sale taking slightly longer than would otherwise be the case. I hope you would understand that we would fully respect the solicitors wanting to carry out their additional due diligence for both parties, and as such is outside of the agent's control.
On a final note, I would like to address your request to sell other properties through us, which we declined. Please understand, we will always look to provide a good product or property to our buyers, and as part of this there are some classes of property which we have chosen not to include on our portfolio. We appreciate that you may now look elsewhere to market these and fully respect this.

Viewed the flat 5 days ago and we oready are signing papers, Helen was lovely and making sure every detail of the flat was shown. She was also fast and helpful with the documents.
