Professional and Effective
The support we got from Chris from the time we reserved till we closed on the apartment purchase was outstanding.
We were not in the country throughout the process and he was able to guide and support us through successfully upgrading from a 1-bed unit to a 2- bed unit (even after contracts were exchanged!) and also getting our variation for a bathtub to be installed instead of the standard shower stall!
Awesome outcome!
We are eternally grateful to Chris for his support in purchasing our new home.

Professional and efficient
Pure Investor are a very professional team. They have sold two investment properties for me and have been efficient throughout the process. Matthew in particular went above and beyond to ensure the sale went through. All my calls/emails/messages were always responded to promptly which seems to be a rarity these days.
