Well-informed, comprehensive and very professional service
Chris had provided a comprehensive overview of various options and he followed this up with a physical tour of some of them. He explained the layout of the city and was well informed on property dynamics and general economic variables impacting future potential. He was able to answer all our questions. Due to covid travel restrictions, we had delayed our decision but Chris had been providing information and sharing opportunities throughout this period.

We were buying a property for buy-to-let and Chris helped us throughout the sale and kept us informed at all steps. At times when it felt like the sale is not going forward due to delays in documents, etc., they managed to talk to both parties and kept the sale intact. Would definitely come back to them in future !

Apartment Sale
Chris, Matt, Sarah and the team at PureInvestor were fantastic from start to finish. Often going very much above and beyond to help get our sale across the line.

Friendly, helpful and professional service- a really great team.
Just completed on two tenanted properties we have sold.
Matt initially gave us some really good advice on how to best to market our properties and definitely knows his trade.
Sarah in the sales team was absolutely excellent, she was friendly, helpful and professional. She also kept us upto date with the enquiries and viewings generated and negotiated a sale price we were more than happy with.
Both the houses were sold within a few weeks of them being listed.
Adam in the admin dept then took over the post sales progression and provided us with updates until completion.
This company really do provide a personal service and we will definitely use them next time we want to buy or sell property- they have a great team.

Great support from the team for a house sale with tenants in situ. Answered queries in a timely manner and acted as a great middle man between myself and the buyer. Was supportive for my points to the buyer, and provided great service through to completion

Sales team is always willing to help especially Sarah, from the beginning until after sale, she responded quick have things sorted out fast. Although I’m still waiting for Xenia’s reply but Sarah definitely would be the first person to contact with if I plan to purchase another buy-to-let in the future. Great Off Plan Investment
We purchased an off plan development in Manchester from Chris at Pure Investor circa 2017. It completed on time and was always 100% rented out. Again this was rented through their own lettings team, i only had a few weeks vacant where new tenants were moving in or out. We have enjoyed a really good steady income which has supplemented our pension very nicely. I also contacted the resales team at Pure in the last few months as we needed to sell the property as we had an overall use for the funds tied up in this property at year 5. We have now successfully concluded the sale through Matt and managed to make around £60,000 in capital appreciation ! As well as fully letting the property from day 1 it has been brilliant ! Overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience especially financially but also the service levels from Chris, Matt, Adam, Sarah and Mark have been exceptional. Well done all a very happy customer.
