There was no preview available at the time of purchase, I was unable to edit or even view the project UNLESS I paid an additional fee for a digital copy. There was no choice for delivery method AND the estimated shipping date was not provided. I have email with a link to track shipping BUT no shipping # provided. This has taken way too long to receive

I reviewed this item because I really enjoyed it, but then I got A number of separate emails asking me to review the item and I began to like it a little bit less each time. I'd like the item an awful lot more if they were just shut up and let me unsubscribe from their nonsense. Great item, relentless emails.

I ordered something in November and still have not received it. Tracking information is useless and their customer service are inept. There are tons of other Ai generated photo companies. This one is to be avoided. Terrible experience.

The print was lovely and the recipient was pleased with it - little stressful taking photos of the dogs and getting photos that were acceptable.

Just a note please ask if this a gift as you plastered your company name over the packing and ruined the surprise. It wasn’t necessary.

I ordered this for my husbands late cat, so originally I only had images of the cat facing forward where the body it would be placed on is facing to the side on an angle. You’d think for $130 someone would be checking the photos as I assumed they would use the likeness to recreate his face to fit the body, instead they just put the exact image into the body with the face looking straight forward. There is no warning of this when you’re uploading your photo it is only in ‘info’ as a warning. Crazy. The lighting was completely off because they just essentially photoshop the face onto the body which doesn’t make much sense considering the body looks painted so you would think it should match. So in order to get this changed I had to pay again and try to find a shot of the cat looking off to the side so it matched. I did that and then the image I received back was clearly not put to scale compared to the body. It just feels like such a scam. If you have actual ‘artists’ working in this they should be making it to scale so it looks natural, but instead it seems like they purposely do it wrong so you’ll keep paying to fix it. I don’t think it’s worth the price at all.

Loved the outcome! And it came in time for Christmas! My friend will love her present, thanks! Good price, good quality and customer service.

[update post their response: changed from 2 to 4 star. While their reply still seems a bit evasive on the topic of AI and all the possibilities in which AI can be used, I appreciate the response and I’ll take their word for it that they don’t use AI]

Overall experience I have no complaints. The 3 star rating comes because I can’t entirely be sure they aren’t using AI. Yes they gave me a preview of the portrait and I approved it. It wasn’t until I looked again later that I saw a couple things that strongly suggested AI use (ie around the snout area there’s a place where the teeth and mouth blur in a way that is very much a hallmark of AI). I read in an interview from 2022 I believe a representative from the company vehemently rejected that they use AI. So I’m not sure if things have changed but it appears they may have. Again overall experience was pretty fast and they were nice. Portrait came framed with no damage and pretty fast considering I live in the USA. I guess I would just say caution at your own risk if you are against AI in the arts space as I am.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Placed order middle of November and still waiting!!!!! Portrait was for 3 dogs. Just a plain portrait nothing complicated. However first review came back and it was awful so sent reply back with changes needed to be made which would require new photo. So paid the extra fee and sent back.

We then received THE SAME PREVIEW as before!!! Back and asked if that was ok???!!! I was confused. So I wrote back again the changes required and attached the photos needed and explained they had already sent this preview.

Next preview.........WAS STILL THE SAME PREVIEW!!!! This happened three times in total!!! By which time I lost it and sent a very strongly worded email. By now the race is on to get by Xmas as it was a present. In reply to my email we had an apology and that it would be rectified etc. so we waited. ........and waited..........and waited for ten days and heard nothing!! So by that time I was upset, angry and a whole host of other emotions!!!
I'd paid £113 for a Xmas gift and as it stood was empty handed a few days before Xmas.
So I sent another email. Again not very friendly but to the point. We received a preview back almost instantly. We also received an apology and an offer of compensation.

Sadly yet again they have not acted on one of the changes I asked so it is not ready still so it won't be here for Xmas. I'm gutted. Devastated. Will I be back? Not a chance!!!!!

The picture i received is amazing, i was kept updated through out the whole process. If they feel the pic you send isnt suitable the ask you for another and not just go ahead. The price for the prints are good and i cant wait to give it as a christmas present, the recipient will love it. Would highly reccomend a look at this site. Thanks again.

I made an error in my purchase which was swiftly corrected, and other questions I had were answered within 2 days. Once the process was finalised it only took 2-4 days for my order to arrive, and it was packed well to protect the portraits.

Love our print. Send our image and really easy process. Sent us a draft to check before proceeding. Was a present that went down a treat.

Although I had a couple of issues in terms of which photo was suitable, it was very quickly resolved and I could not be happier with the end result.

Sadly, although our beloved hound is no longer with us, he will now have a permanent place in our home.

Such a professional job and looks so much like him!

I'm sorry to have to upset the apple cart. But when my order arrived I was so disappointed. For a start it wasn't packed very well and the cardboard envelope was torn at the edge. Also one piece of flimsy black tissue sort of wrapped around it. The frame was of the cheapest possible with gaps on two corners. I don't consider the printing to be of the highest quality either. As I bought this as a gift I'm afraid I've wasted my money I could not possibly hand this over, it would be an insult.
