Great customer service! I originally planned to cancel my Water Flosser order because of the monthly subscription, but Vee was very helpful and worked with me to find a better option. She changed my subscription to every two months and removed the items I didn’t need. I really appreciate how friendly, understanding, and accommodating she was. Thank you, Vee! 😊

Love the flosser but was having trouble with the charger. Contacted customer service to request a replacement. They responded quickly and were so generous. I am being sent a new flosser and charger to make sure I can get everything I need. You can’t go wrong dealing with this company.

I have enjoyed using my Puursmile water flosser. It always leaves my mouth feeling clean and refreshed. It is built solid and continues to work flawlessly. I recently had an issue and I want to give Puursmile credit for having the best customer service of any product I’ve dealt with. When I sent a message to them, they responded quickly and stayed in touch until my problem was satisfied. I am happy to praise them because you rarely see customer service this good. The Puur Smile Water Flosser is perfect for me …
The Puur Smile Water Flosser is perfect for me, especially the lower-speed option, which is gentle on my sensitive gums. It looks nice and works great.
However, after a few months, the tube that allows water to flow from the reservoir came loose, causing a minor issue (I suspect this could happen with others). I emailed customer support and woke up the next morning to a friendly reply. They requested a brief video and had a couple of other questions, but all was promptly resolved. They replaced the unit with no hassle and thanked me for constructive input.
Would I buy one of their products again? For sure!

Best Water flosser and company
I really like how thoroughly the water flossed cleans the mouth. My dentist has commented about my teeth and gums with my last cleaning. I tell all my friends and family about this water flossed jn particular. Having the different attachments is great. And I love that it is rechargeable and wireless. It has been a great product. When I had an issue with the tank, customer service not only proactively reached out to me about a replacement, their communication was consistent and helpful. They shipped a replacement part immediately.
I wish I could give these out to all my friends and family. This is one product that I actually use everyday!

TRY THIS PRODUCT! I was a smoker for 40 years. My teeth were terribly stained. I tried everything - whitening tooth paste, whitening strips, anything that said whitening. Nothing worked. I finally asked my dentist. He said the stains had seeped into my enamel & only professional whitening could help. Then I found Puur Smile. I thought what the heck, I'll try one more thing. IT WORKED!!! My Teeth Are White! I'm no longer embarrassed by my smile. If you've tried everything else, TRY THIS PRODUCT! You won't be dissappointed again!

I received an order of attachments soon…
I received an order of attachments soon after receiving my device which included all of the attachments - I thought I was being charged for another device because it was $99! I immediately started asking questions and asking for a refund. At first it was frustrating to even get a return label after the attachments
arrived. As soon as possible, I used the
label and returned everything and weeks later I got an email that my package had
arrived. But I never got the refund. Many emails later, I finally saw a refund this week but it took THREE months. The last person who helped me was very kind any very responsive and was able to finally bring my issue to closure. I do love the Puur device. Thank you!
