I’m seriously impressed with Quantum Brew's single-origin coffees. I signed up for their subscription, and I’ve tried the Colombian Supremo, Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, and Brazil Bourbon Peaberry so far and wow, the taste is out of this world. I’ve brewed them both as pour-over and drip, and every cup has been incredible. They’re all rich, smooth, and full of distinctive, well-balanced flavor notes. What I love most, though, is how these coffees make me feel. Normally, I get jittery and end up crashing after drinking coffee, but with these, there’s none of that! I’ve been sleeping better, feeling more energized, and just overall more balanced throughout the day. These are definitely gourmet coffees, and I can tell the quality is next-level. I highly recommend this coffee if you want something smooth and consistent. Roasted to order, the aroma is incredible, and it’s gentle on the stomach while providing steady, clean energy.
