Charged me £25 to cancel my insurance policy even though the insurance did not start for almost another week, terrible company very unfair and greedy, policy documents weren't even available

Avoid if you don’t want add ons
You can’t speak to anyone, just chat. The RAC app doesn’t work with RAC Insurance. Too many add ons. Aviva who I was with last year which included RAC Breakdowns were brilliant and you could talk to a human. Not impressed !!!

You offered me free breakdown insurance if i renewed, but as i allready have it , you should be giving me a refund instead of trying to SELL me another one
