I filled out the form online and received an email the next day that my beneficiary had been added. The form was a little confusing in that a couple fields didn't explain what was wanted in the field.

My question regarding beneficiary assignment was answered. I would have liked the ability to name a contingent or secondary beneficiary, rather than only the choice to (1) name a 100% POD beneficiary (with no contingent beneficiary) or (2) assign a 50-50 split to beneficiaries.

Creating an account was easy…any questions I had were addressed quickly and the communication was clear and concise. Really happy with my experience and investment into Raisin.

They each did an excellent job I am tech challenged but I was able to join the meeting and learn how to move about your platform with a bit more comfort.
