Dylan was very willing to accept my feedback and to help me resolve the issue that I called about. It was clear to me that resolving my issue was important to her. She was knowledgeable and very pleasant in helping me. I also asked her a few additional questions not pertaining directly to my issue and she gladly answered them as well. I'd certainly hire her if I was looking for a CSR.

Ms. Hawks was very helpful. She redirected me to chrome and assisted me with the correct but similar email. At that point I was able to sign in … no problem.

I was able to call Raisin and communicate with a human who was helpful and who spoke very clearly.

Trevor, was efficient and fast. I felt very secure for him to be handling my issue.

The last agent I was forced to call was very helpful and resolved my issue. Your Virtual Assistant failed by sending me a nonworking link to address the issue. The live agent failed too. He said my ssn was incorrect. I verified it on my account. His response was for me to call the main office #.

Corbin the gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and walk me right through what I needed to do. Made it very easy. Thank you Corbin.

Eric was most helpful in assisting with my questions today. The wait time on the phone wasn’t too long, and once we connected, I was able to accomplish everything I needed.

One suggestion I would make is to expand the FAQ’s on the website. My question was pretty straightforward, and could easily have been found there.

Dylanni was a fantastic representative who helped rectify an issue with my account, as well as setting up a new account belonging to my son. I had gotten some conflicting information which affected the promotions but she was able to get it all fixed by escalating the matter. She also called me back directly to assure me that the problems were resolved. Thank you, Dylanni.

Eric was very easy to understand, calm, and professional. He put me at ease even though we didn't always see the same things on screen(s), he never lost patience. He had the best voice I've heard in a long time doing this type of work. (Actually, I am a voice teacher!)
