Best cash back site, don't know of any others that do cash back on online supermarket shops!

On the payment day of Rakuten, I was unable to log into my account and Rakuten didn't make the payment to me either. I sent an email to the customer service but received no response. The experience was extremely bad! Not recommended

Customer service excellent very helpful and fast communication and helped me with my requirements

Great Experience. It is just logged in to my browser and automatically send s cashback whenever eligible.

I am leaving a 1-star review to accurately reflect my poor customer experience with Rakuten. My original factual feedback was taken down, but my dissatisfaction remains unchanged. I am reposting this to register my score. Please note that given the current takedown situation, I have no desire to be contacted by Rakuten regarding this matter.

My account is currently unavailable for some reason and I can't log in. I have contacted their customer support an tried to reach out to them via Instagram 4 times now with no response. I am therefore currently unable to access my account and their customer service department seems to be non existent, which is a real shame because otherwise I have been very happy with the platform and what it offers.

Thank you for your response and update however firstly I do not accept that there have been illegitimate transactions on my account and secondly at no point did you contact me to discuss this or notify me of this. It has still taken me to write this review to receive this response. You have still not had the courtesy of responding to the several support tickets I have raised with you to discuss this. I would be most grateful if someone could contact me to discuss this further as I totally refute the suggestion that I have illegitimate transactions. In fact I still have cashback sitting in my account with no explanation on how I can now receive this. Not only that, I have referred several people to this platform with no information on how the referrals will be paid to me. I would be most grateful for a response from someone before I am left with no option but to lodge a formal complaint about this matter.

Great little savings app. Its like youre getting discounts with the discount given back to you, and better still, you can save it up. Its free money with the least amount of effort. Just open the app and shop as you would have done anyway.

I recently made a purchase at Trip.com through Rakuten, and everything went smoothly. I also received an email confirming that my cashback had tracked and explaining that it would be credited once my trip was completed. The process has been clear and straightforward so far.

Easy to use with no problems with untracked purchases so far.

Wow super easy app. Just keep on doing your everyday shopping and u get paid cash back for it.
