Ransom Spares Avaliações

Went with this company as the website states next day delivery if in stock, which the part was. My oven wasn’t usable without the part so needed asap! Personally wouldn’t use again due to this false narrative. The part is now due on Monday, almost 2 weeks post-order.

I have never see this kind of worst company. I bought replacement fridge compressor 3 months ago and last week earth down. I contacted by email and only one of person repaid my mail and said that sorry to hear that could you send your fridge model number. I email back but no one responding my emails.

I don't recommend anyone to buy anything from this website because there Is no customer service, no contact number. You can not contact with them after sell their products.

Great service and fast delivery!
"I ordered recently from Ransom Spares and had a fantastic experience. The item arrived quickly and perfectly as described. It's great to support a family-run business that truly cares about its customers. Highly recommended!"

Web page very easy to manoeuvre and find exactly what parts I needed for my dishwasher. Quick delivery and well packaged so all in all completely satisfied 💯

The order placed last week, still not left the warehouse , the web site claims rapid dispatch , they must have different meaning for the word rapid!

Clear website, fair price and very quick delivery. Would recommend :)

bought replacement fridge freezer doors, extensive range and delivered very quickly, would recommend

Easy to find right part. Arrived the next day and solved the problem.

Excellent experience! Next day delivery was prompt with the package arriving In very good condition. The oven door was a perfect fit and slotted in with no problems. Price was very competitive so there is no reason not to buy spares from Ransom.

I ordered from this company for the first time recently and would highly recommend. Speedy delivery and good communication including a follow up email thanking me for my purchase. Felt very personable and professional. Thank you 🙏

I bought replacement fridge salad drawers that were exactly the right size and fit and cheaper than the ones from the AEG website. They were delivered really quickly. Great service.

Waited for over 14 days for item that was apparently “in stock” to be constantly told they’re waiting for supplier to post. So wasted over 2 weeks to eventually cancel and order elsewhere to receive in 2 days. Stay away. Totally appalling!

Simple order process with double check on website for part compatibility. Prompt delivery that arrived on Sunday

Ordered a part on the 31st August, did not receive any shipment emails until I chased them up, was told part was out of stock and I could wait or cancel my order. I decided to wait and the part eventually turned up on the 1st Oct.

When I opened the box the part was broken, with my sign of damage to the box. Contacted customer service immediately and have since been going back and forth with them, different agents asking for details I had already provided.

On the 5th Oct I was told a replacement had been arranged to be sent to me, yet have still not received any shipping information. Have now had to chase up customer services yet again. Awful company, do not use.

Great range of spares, great price and quick delivery.

I needed a replacement part for an fridge freezer and had no product code. This website was very easy to use and very descriptive which enabled me to find what I needed easily and reassuringly that it would be the correct part I needed. Delivery was quick, price get reasonable. Will use this company again.

Everyone was very helpful and quick, and they had what I needed. And now I've fixed my fridge! (I think.) Thanks.

Really excellent service, website easy to use, updates provided quickly and the delivery faster than I anticipated. Recommended supplier.

Fast reliable professional service. Buying spares saved me having to purchase a new food processor. Extremely happy it’s working as good as new. Thank you
