Solved in days after Google got me nowhere…
I honestly can't recommend RapidRemove highly enough.
After receiving an inaccurate 1-star Google review that could have had a real impact on my business, I was getting absolutely nowhere trying to resolve it with Google. I don't actively use or update my Google Business Profile, I don't work from a fixed premises, and I decided it was best to remove it altogether. I also didn't like that anyone, whether a competitor or otherwise, could leave false reviews so easily.
From my very first email, the team at RapidRemove were friendly, responsive and reassuring. They explained everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and had my Google Business Profile removed within just a few days.
The whole experience was seamless, professional and completely stress-free. Communication was excellent, and they were incredibly patient when I was abroad and unable to make payment immediately.
If you're in a similar situation and need a trustworthy company that genuinely delivers what they promise, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend RapidRemove. Thank you again for such fantastic service.

Gut, dass es RapidRemove gibt!
Es ist unglaublich, wie schwer es Google macht, Änderungen am eigenen Profil vorzunehmen und unmöglich, es zu löschen.
Wie so viele, bin ich dem Team von RapidRemove dankbar, dass man dem nicht vollkommen ausgeliefert bleiben muss. Vielen Dank für die schnelle und professionelle Arbeit!
