Schnelle und unkomplizierte Bearbeitung
Ich bin sehr begeistert, dass mir von euch so schnell geholfen wurde.
Wir sind Opfer einer wahren Welle an negativen Bewertungen in den letzten zwei Wochen geworden. Google nimmt sich davon ja leider nichts an. So bin ich auf rapid-remove gestoßen.
Was soll ich sagen, es war die richtige Entscheidung! Knapp 24h später war mein Google Profil endlich gelöscht und der Spuck von unberechtigten Bewertungen hat ein Ende.
Die Kommunikation war super und wirklich schnell. Auf alle Fragen wurde super eingegangen und ich habe mich direkt gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Endlich bin ich nicht mehr von willkürlichen und ungeprüften Bewertungen auf Google abhängig.

Schnelle Druchführung
Einwandfrei, schnelle Löschung erfolgte. Leider keinen telefonischen Kontakt gehabt, da aus Krankheitsgründen die Rufnummer nicht personell besetzt war. Hierfür haben wir volles Verständnis. Alles lief wie am Schnürchen. Wir sind vollends zufrieden !

-Endlich kann man wieder auf natürlichem Wege und vor allem auf Augenhöhe mit seinen Kunden kommunizieren.
-Keine Angst mehr vor negativen Bewertungen oder aber, dass man seinem Kunden nicht so antworten kann, wie es die Situation erfordern würde.
-Sollte es tatsächlich einmal Beschwerden geben, so landen diese dort, wo Sie hin gehören - bei uns! Verbessert wird ja sowieso und in Google steht ein eventueller Fauxpas dann für die Ewigkeit und meist auch noch an erster Stelle. So war es zumindest bei uns. Hat unsere kleine feine Firma sicher einen richtig fetten Batzen Geld gekostet!!!
