Quick service
Quick service, however some of the items specially chickpeas flour, teff flour have less than 2. 1/2 months expiration date. I didn’t expect that short date. Only thing that Now i have to try to use them quickly before February otherwise waste of money.

Hi Yasmin, thanks for finding the time to leave us a review regarding the purchase you made earlier this month.
We're sorry to hear that you're disappointed with the best-before dates concerning two out of the four products that you bought.
As a quick note, you have received your order on 11th November via DPD. The Chickpea Flour is labelled with Best Before END February 2026 and the White Teff Flour is labelled with Best Before END March 2026. With these dates in mind, the flours have arrived with the following shelf life...
2kg Chickpea Flour = 3 1/2 Months+ Shelf Life
2kg White Teff Flour: 4 1/2 Months+ Shelf Life
These are both significantly longer than the 2 1/2 months' shelf life that you've mentioned in your review.
We have already discussed with you via email the shelf life of the two gluten-free flours that you have received from us and explained that the following is stated on the product page of both products....
"Please note that the average shelf life of this product is typically much shorter than other regular wheat flours. Please contact us if you would like further information regarding specific use-by dates of flour that we currently have in stock".
We were happy to continue discussing this with you however we never heard back from you. Sorry again for any disappointment caused, and please feel free to reach out to us again via email if you have any further questions.
