Example of best practice customer service
I'm an infrequent online purchaser and I recently made my second order but I was treated like I was their best customer! There was a problem with stock levels and they kept me informed, giving me options and apologising for the minor delay. Very, very impressed. Example of best practice customer service as far as I am concerned. Well done
