Products arrived quickly and well packaged and for a reasonable post and packing charge.
I’ve used the products before and know they are top quality.

I bought 6 x2.5 kg of tomatoes to keep on my shelves for batch cooking and they arrived overnight by DPD.
Excited I opened them to find they were very dented but after emails with Tom at customer services I was given a full refund. Top customer service.
But I was dismayed to hear that they will not be recompensed by DPD. Shame on them. I have complained to DPD but doubt it will help! How to lose customers DPD!
I will be ordering again from Ratton Pantry as they are a good company who treat their customers fairly. Not to mention great quality stuff. The flour I bought to make sourdough bread is excellent! I highly recommend Ratton Pantry and Tom!

Quick delivery of items - excellent range of flour for me in sensible size packs (16Kg)

It was good order such as required and payment etc. However, it was a chill parcel but I don’t expect that the royal mail doesn’t leave a message to me without no one open door maybe but just keep update in the tracking system. And your company just can only check the “tracking system” such as gps etc. No ones wanted received a dump or damaged parcel you know.

Knowledgeable,friendly, helpful support to choose the right product for the consumer. The True Organic Stoates Strong White Flour is making much better bread in our bread maker without all the “additives” we don’t want in the flour we buy.
