I purchased a product unfortunately did not suit my needs. The return process is very easy to use. I contacted support within the 30 day window and everything worked with no problems.

Google auto fill mashed my former and new addresses, sending my order to a different post office. Raycon fixed the problem. Love the product. Best I've experienced..

I ordered 2 pairs of earbuds. I had concern that the order did not arrive as the online tracker indicated. I emailed Raycon & received information needed to find the order. The rep was quick, friendly & efficient. Beyond that, the Raycon earbuds are the best fitting & pain free earbuds we have ever had. We will order again when needed.

One of my everyday earbuds stopped working out of nowhere and when I reached out for help to try and fix it they issued the warranty immediately. They are always very helpful, very polite and don’t leave their clients waiting for an answer. They have an excellent customer service.

I don’t have my ear phones yet but emailed customer service because my tracking showed nothing after a week. The response was quick (next day) and they explained everything. The next day I could see my tracking information.

The company was very clear about how little they cared when my package was stolen. I had to fight and scream and keep following up with them just to get any sort of *chance* at a refund. It doesn't matter how good their product is, I won't be buying anything from them after such a disappointing experience.

While these cables are cool with their swivel and appear to be sturdy with the cord's covering, the magnets are so absurdly weak that if you want to use your device as it is charging, it can't be done. The cables and ends disconnect with less force than you need to push a stick through a marshmallow for s'mores. Spend your money elsewhere.

I bought fitness earbuds from Raycon and the sound balance is absolutely terrible.

I've tried contacting them twice and no reply.
I've tried going through their returns process and they gave me no address to return them to but the process is complete their end and now I can 't restart it.

I've honestly never dealt with a company this awful

I've tried ringing their customer service dept and had no joy either.

So now I've got unusable earbuds and no way to return them.
II try to start the returns process again their site says Item returned.

Jay was very helpful! I had an inquiry about a price change from Black Friday to Cyber Monday. He was very nice and professional when he explained that they couldn’t price match a previous order. Which was absolutely fine as me and my family love Raycon headphones and I wasn’t going to return them over an $11 difference! I’m sure I will be buying more from them soon!

I brought a raycon fitness earbuds in a forth day the case stop charging the buds and also the sound quality is bad sound leaking like that second person hear in a low volume what im listening 0/10

I dont like online shopping so when someone I trust recommends something (unsubscribe podcast hosts) then I'm up for it. Very quick service and communication, no constant emails bombarding me, great claims service and very friendly and personal not robotic and outsourced.

They were honestly the best customer support I’ve received. They got back to me quickly, communicated well and sent out a replacement pair with a few days of starting the conversation. Already loved the earbuds but this sealed the deal for me and I will only ever buy Raycons!!!

I love that I can still hear wearing them. They aren't heavy so they don't hurt after a while wearing them. Clarity is amazing in calls and listening to music. The charge lasts 2 days for me. ABSOLUTELY 5 STARS
