One star feels generous at this point
One star feels generous at this point! I first got the open earbuds but they hurt my ears so bad I could hardly wear them for a 20min lift. I returned them within their 30 day money back guarantee and ordered the bone conduction headphones on a separate order. Those were pretty awful too, with the volume hardly halfway up they vibrate and shake violently against your head. Distracting so. I returned those within the 30day money back guarantee. They tried to tell me the 30 day guarantee was ONLY for the first product, not the second but they could do store credit but not cash. At this point I didn’t want anything else from raycon and we went back and forth and they finally agreed to refund my money. It’s now been 7months…and I’ve yet to see any money in my account. Every few weeks I email asking for it and I get told it’s being sent to their billing department as “priority”. 7 FREAKING MONTHS. Not only is their product crap, but so is their customer support if you actually have an issue! Don’t waste your money! I literally don’t understand how they have such good reviews. I wouldn’t spend $20 on their headphones
Warranty Claim Failure. Poor Customer Service. Stuck with Broken Headphones
Ordered over $400 of Raycon gear for my kids for Christmas. One of the headphones arrived cracked. I opened a Warranty Claim through Raycon's return agent, LoopReturns, but I never received any confirmation and instructions on how to return them and never received a replacement. I then contacted support at rayconglobal.com and they sent me back to the Warranty Claim page without reading my problem. I cannot submit another warranty claim on the same item. Very frustrating.

Easy return process--and fast communication
I'd accidentally deleted the receipt for a Christmas gift I'd purchased that my son-in-law had already received from someone else. Raycon assured me that they had record of the purchase and that he was free to return or exchange. It was most impressive how quickly they replied over the holidays. For an online experience, it was "warm" and friendly and much appreciated.

Love These Charging Cords
I have bought serveral charging cords from Raycon over the last year. They are as described - well-made, reasonably priced, with options for different phone models and delivery is fairly quick. The only issue I had was with the Magic Flex 6-in-1 Cable - not the cable itself which was inovative and incredibly useful. The issue was witht the length - it should be at least 1 1/2 or 2 feet long to be really useful especially in a car where you want to be able to have a little length to the cord. Other than this, it could have been a great product. I notice that it is no longer available on Raycon's website, hopefully they are listening to people's comments and revising it. I feel this is the mark of a great company, they produce products that people want and hopefully revised items to make them useful to more people. Highly recommend this company and its' products!!

I bought two of their magic cords and both have stopped working. the ipad one broke it's tip off in my ipad and the android one now has to be held in a certain spot on BOTH sides. it's literally causing the issue it's supposed to fix x2 and 10x faster. worthless. only good thing was the velcro. i had them for maybe a week before they stopped working. i also got the regular open earbuds. they're fine, it's a cool idea. the case barely holds any charge and they die faster than my sony earbuds. pretty upset, no wonder they need so many sponsors.

Op 15 oktober 2025 heb ik producten besteld, maar tot op heden heb ik nog steeds niets ontvangen. Ondanks meerdere e-mails hierover krijg ik geen duidelijke oplossing. Terugbetaling blijft uit en in plaats daarvan wordt mij alleen aangeboden om opnieuw producten te bestellen of een klanttevredenheidsonderzoek in te vullen.
Kortom: geen producten ontvangen, geen geld terug en een zeer teleurstellende klantenservice. Dit geeft weinig vertrouwen en is voor mij een erg frustrerende ervaring.

Raycon is my tried and true
I have had multiple products from Raycon. I liked all of them - even the ones that didnt work great for me because of having really small ears - I was so surprised that they listened to us asking to have the classics back. I love them. They are the only earbuds i have ever found that fit in my ears with no issues. I am currently trying out a product that is in a beta phase as well?? I've never known a company to do something like this but I was so excited to try this product out because it was exactly what I was working for but I didnt want to buy from another company since I am comfortable with raycon and trust that their products for me; and i was able to share with them my thoughts on a feature I thought needed to be added to the beta product - and they will actually take my feedback into consideration!! I had some concerns with an order thinking it was a scam(specifically the beta product) and they were really helpful with my situation and responded so quickly. I cannot recommend Raycon enough. If youre an audiofile these probably aren't for you but to be a regular listener they work great for me between music and audio books. I loved them so much I have multiple pairs - work, home and extra in my purse. Ive put my husband and mom on Raycon, they love them as well. I also have the open ear buds which I liked. I want to try the ones that dont move to see if they're more comfortable with my glasses. At this point I'm rambling but I cannot recommend Raycon enough to sum it up!!

What a let down for my Autistic son
First time, was say non accessible, to my address. Which I live on a semi busy road.
Then they resent them to me, through the Royal Mail, 0n the app it said being delivered that day. I waited in all day for it. But on the Royal Mail tracking app said it's been delivered. Not to me . So I phoned Royal Mail, they couldn't give out information, apart from it wasn't my address that they were given, from Raycon. I've emailed Raycon quiet a few times. I haven't got any reply back from them at all, to do with them giving Royal Mail the wrong address. So it's their fault. Not mine. They were for my Autistic son, and that all he wanted for Christmas was the headphones 🎧. But I ordered them on black Friday week. As they are not cheap. So now I've lost my money and I can't afford to pay for another pair of headphones. Also I am now in process with my solicitor, to get me my refund and them to pay for my solicitor fees. As they are the ones at fault. So now my son won't be getting the one thing he wanted for Christmas.

The best customer service! When the shipping company messed up, I initially didn’t receive my order. I contactRaycon and customer service was willing to send another order or refund me! That is totally remarkable! Long story short I eventually received my order.

loved them, Great quality, Great fit, Great music and bass! And very nice packaging 10/10 for earbuds, Don't listen to the negative reviews, Most of them are just lying to make Raycon have a bad reputation.
Best product
First I want to speak on the everyday earbuds. I have the 2023 model and got them late 2023 they still stay charged well, sound the same, pair well, and to top it off they have made it through an entire washing machine sound and still work just as good as when I bought them. Amazing overall and the price is 10x better especially for the quality. They fit great and do not fall out at all and I have small ears. I went back and bought my whole family a pair of the everyday earbuds and they love them aswell. I also have the bone conduction ones and they are amazing too. Plus I have chargers that work great and a boombox speaker and everyday speaker that I use a lot. The speakers sound quality could be better to match the earbuds but generally they are still worth the buy and I will always be a loyal customer. They even sound much better than airpods and are way cheaper. If I could give higher stars I would. 5/5 amazing!
