I have sent approximately 10 emails to raycon since 4/6 untill today 4/22/2026. I had a defective ear bud I was told to send it back which I have, I’ve sent them the proof which is the receipt from the post office. At this point I have not received the exchange item yet. I’ve reached out several times to the company with no response.. I’m confused upset and will never give them another dime of my money.. all I want now is either my exchanged item or give me back the item I sent u.. this is crazy that I have to come on here and write this… please don’t spend ur hard earned money on this because they will absolutely need to be sent back for some type of issue but u will not get a response from them .

I had a problem with an item and Jack was awesome! He was very helpful and nice. I honestly haven't had that kind of customer service, well ever. So thanks Jack.

Had a problem with one of my earbuds
Had a problem with one of my earbuds. Took a picture send it in within 12 hours got a response and they took care of the problem. Really good customer service something I haven't heard or seen of in a long time

I ordered a pair of over the ear earbuds quality and sound were awesome, but unfortunately they weren't what i needed. No issues on returning

There were a few issues from the get go
There were a few issues from the get go! I have the Raycon Impact earbuds.
The sound quality, battery life and charging are all perfect! Except! The earbuds try to connect to any bluetooth device within range regardless of the fact they have never been paired or set up with those devices!
The plastic cover for the USB C port fell off.
When I made an attempt to submit a warranty claim Raycon expected me to pay for shipping to and from their business to exchange the defective unit with a new unit as it was still under warranty.
I told Raycon that this was absurd and that shipping while under warranty is their responsibility not mine.
The agent emailed me back and closed my claim.
I tried to log back in to retry to submit a warranty claim again and their system says they already exhanged the defective unit for a new one!

Raycon headphones
Ordered headphones for my son in November. Unfortunately there was an issue with them. The two people I dealt with were Michelle and Jordan and I have to commend them both in sorting out the problem. It was straightforward and a joy to deal with these two representatives from the support hub. Thank you for getting this sorted for me. It was greatly appreciated
USB-C cable faulty, but they made it right!
I ordered a USB-C cable, but it didn’t work when I received it. So, filled out a return, no hassle. Sent it back, but didn’t insure it. My bad. Rayon never received it. But Mike made it right! They replaced the charging cord without issue. I’ve ordered from Raycon before and will do so in the future when the need arises.
