Terrible Company Scammers
I bought one of their fitness headphones and they were absolutely terrible. The sound quality was worse than my $20 headphones and when I initated a return literally a day later, I just kept getting a label error and it was just completely preventing me from returning the product and getting a refund. Terrible company, terrible customer support, terrible everything really. I'm super disappointed and I will never ever buy from this company ever in my life. I'm begging all of you guys, DON'T BUY FROM THIS CRAPPY COMPANY, SCREW RAYCON
Good quality with remarkable durability
I've now had a few raycon earbuds with my first few sets all ending with the same fate of losing one of the earbuds and winding up with half a set.
The things that I've liked about my two sets of everyday earbuds and the two sets of the newer generation of everyday earbuds are as follows:
The earbuds are a relatively small profile making them less intrusive then larger models with stems or larger earbuds generally. This has makes them able to stay in easier when used while sweating, doing strenuous activities, or when wet from using them in the shower.
The sound quality is good. I'm not an audiophile and don't pretend to be, I can simply say they are better quality than some headphones I've had and are a noticable jump in quality over my emergency Tozo earbuds. I'm sure you can get better quality if you so desired, but they are more than sufficient for general use.
Battery life is very good. I often go a good day without needing to charge them in the pill, and charging generally is pretty quick.
Finally I'll touch on durability; which is why I took the time to write this review as I became thoroughly impressed with the latest generation everyday earbuds.
As I mentioned above, I have had a tendency to lose one half of a set and over the recent holidays (it being January of 2026 at time of writing) I lost one of my earbuds after shoveling the driveway post a Thanksgiving snow storm. I wrote off the earbuds as a lost cause after several weeks and was about to bite the bullet and buy another set when the snow finally melted enough to reveal the missing bud under a pile.
I expected it to be dead, most electronics not designed for cold and wet tend to not fair well. However, the missing bud is in fact fully functional with no noticeable difference between the one sitting on my desk for several weeks and one sitting under a foot of snow for the same amount of time. They have also survived at least one laundry cycle. All in all, very impressive in my opinion.
In summary, I like they are a good size and good fit. Have good audio quality and good battery life, and have a remarkable durability. I will likely buy another set once my current pair does or goes missing.
I bought a pair back in 2023 and…
I bought a pair back in 2023 and they lasted a whole 3 years before my left earbud broke in December 2025 (my fault btw bc I failed to put it in my ear properly and it fell out into the snow) I plan to purchase a new pair in February 2026 and I might buy other stuff from them in the future. P.S I saw a lot of bad reviews about the earburs not charging and I wanted to ask if the people themselves are checking if the earbuds are charging. I myself use The Everyday Earbuds and the way I know they're charging is by checking if the end lights on the capsule are glowing red. If they are that means that the capsule is charging the earbuds. If the end lights on the capsule are not glowing red as soon as you close the capsule try opening and closing again, if that doesn't work take your earbuds, put them in your ears and hold the button on them both until you hear "power off" (make sure both played that) then place them back in the capsule before closing it. if the 4 lights are blinking green as soon as you open the capsule that means that the capsule itself is out of battery and needs charging. Also another note, if the end lights on the capsule glow red and later turn off, don't panic as that's normal. The Red lights turn off after glowing for about a minute and if the lights do go off after a minute, the earbuds are still charging.
Amazing customer service
The customer service were amazing, Rey helpful on resolving an issue I had with a discount code I wanted to use on the items I wanted to purchase. I tried to use the discount code during the checkout but it didn’t work. I emailed customer support about the issue and they responded within three days and partially refunded me which was very sweet of them because I wasn’t sure if this issue would be resolved but thankful that they help me.

Really good for it's price
I like them. Im not sure what i want to write about them. The feel good and comfortable, they have a good grip on ur ear. U can adjust they way u wann wear them. U can pause, get to the next track, to the one before. U hear ur surrounding if u want it, i mean u always do but to the different degree. And the battery life is great:)

I got very confused at some parts, but the costumer service representatives I dealt with were all super patient with me with explanations. Every reply was swift, and every single bit of my issue was fixed. I feel very thankful.
Great customer support
Great customer support. I had an issue (my error) when I made the initial order and they were right on it. I ordered based on a recommendation by Kim Komando so I expect the earbuds will perform well when I receive them.
Low battery indicator muting all sound
I, HATE these headphones. They completely mute your audio at 30% every two minutes to say "Battery low", not even a small notification no, completely mute all incoming audio to inform you they are low battery. They are sold expensive but are cheap bad headphones and i regret buying these.

This is my second pair of headphones…
This is my second pair of headphones from raycon, my son accidently threw my first pair away, so I was kind of sad when I started having issues with the everyday classic, I had the plus first but they were sold out when I went to replace them. I went to the website and started troubleshooting on my own with the help guide and the manual. After determining that is was in fact the headphones that were the problem and not me or my devices I messaged support asking if there was anything else I could do as I had only had the earbuds for a few months at this point. The initial reply was a little slow, it was the weekend, but after that things started moving quickly. I was sent a link for the third party warranty since I had purchased my buds through Amazon but my brain got distracted and by the time I remembered it was after Christmas and the link wasnt working. So I sent another message apologizing for my mistake and asking if they could send me a fresh link. To my surprise they responded swiftly and told me another pair of earbuds were on the way to me. I was so excited, I checked the tracking and they had upgraded me to the Everyday Earbuds Plus, the ones I had initially wanted!!! I am so very grateful and will definitely be a lifetime customer! Everyone was so nice and helpful and responses were quick and pleasant. Thank you so much to Jay who helped me out.

One star feels generous at this point
One star feels generous at this point! I first got the open earbuds but they hurt my ears so bad I could hardly wear them for a 20min lift. I returned them within their 30 day money back guarantee and ordered the bone conduction headphones on a separate order. Those were pretty awful too, with the volume hardly halfway up they vibrate and shake violently against your head. Distracting so. I returned those within the 30day money back guarantee. They tried to tell me the 30 day guarantee was ONLY for the first product, not the second but they could do store credit but not cash. At this point I didn’t want anything else from raycon and we went back and forth and they finally agreed to refund my money. It’s now been 7months…and I’ve yet to see any money in my account. Every few weeks I email asking for it and I get told it’s being sent to their billing department as “priority”. 7 FREAKING MONTHS. Not only is their product crap, but so is their customer support if you actually have an issue! Don’t waste your money! I literally don’t understand how they have such good reviews. I wouldn’t spend $20 on their headphones
