I am absolutely disgusted with this company they are taking money without having the stock and then ordering from china - after complaining about my order not being dispatched 10 working days after being placed - they ignored multiple attempts at contact until I left a review on here following that they sent out the free gift desk lamp but not my panel and stand - I have tried to track these which state being delivered today since 23/10 yet still in china as per the tracker?! They also have the panel on the order yet can’t see the stand j have totally had enough this order was placed 10/10 I ordered these for my clinic and now would like a full refund which I have requested and been ignored hence another review

I had ordered this as a gift and when it didn't arrive in the timeframe I had been given, I reached out to the company. Eventually after some time and much back and forth between teams, I was told they actually didn't have any of those products left in the UK warehouse so it would have to be delivered from Asia. Which meant I missed my partners birthday. We were in very sporadic dialogue over email with the fulfilment team until they eventually just stopped replying to my emails. I haven't heard anything since. The product eventually arrived 3 weeks later. Terrible customer service and experience which put a real dampener on such a big investment.

Ordered the lamp as recommended by a friend. Service was good and lamp arrived as it should have done.
I have only used this a few times so far, so maybe a bit early to feel its effects but my husband has used the lamp more on his knee and feels it is really helping him. Hopefully this will be the same for me too.

I had to wait for three weeks for more stock to arrive which was fine but my only complaint was not with RLR but with how the delivery was organised.
Via Royal Mail; enough said.
But that said when I did complain the communication from Red light was great and restored faith.
The product…. Well that was worth the wait !!
Put simply…. Buy one!
I use mine everyday now and it is worth every penny.
My health problems are many and varied and can make for poor quality of life but with the red light life is slowly becoming livable again.

Quick delivery and lamp seems to be helping my knee pain

I made an initial error regarding a stand for the unit I ordered. I received an order acknowledgment (assumed automated) the day after ordering, I then sent 3 emails with no response over a week later, it was only when I contacted PayPal and threatened to cancel I finally received a reply and received my order. After several emails with Rush I bit the bullet and ordered a £499 horizontal stand, I’m now left with a £125 floor stand that RLR didn’t want back. Very poor communication and I’m hoping the product works better!

Permite elegir entre luz roja, luz infrarroja o ambas a la vez, y también ajustar la intensidad del brillo según la necesidad. La duración de la batería varía en función de la intensidad utilizada, lo cual es algo a tener en cuenta.

Además, cuentan con una newsletter muy útil en la que comparten información sobre los beneficios de la luz roja e infrarroja, lo que permite ir aprendiendo e integrando este conocimiento en el uso del dispositivo.

Como punto adicional, si se desea tratar zonas más amplias del cuerpo, es más práctico optar por un equipo de mayor tamaño.

Permítanme dejar muy claro lo que esta experiencia me ha demostrado.

A una empresa no la define cómo vende, sino cómo se comporta cuando algo sale mal — y Red Light Rising ha fallado esa prueba en cada uno de los pasos.

No entregaron parte de mi pedido, y no una vez, sino dos. Acordaron un reembolso y una recogida a su cargo, y también fallaron en recoger el producto dos veces.

Y ahora, después de meses de mi tiempo, su jugada final es pedirme que envíe una máquina pesada al extranjero a mi propia costa, mientras me advierten abiertamente de que quizá solo recupere la mitad de mi dinero en función de una "evaluación del estado" que controlan únicamente ustedes.

Eso ya no es un problema logístico — es un patrón. O bien su operativa es realmente incapaz de completar una simple devolución, o está diseñada para agotar al cliente hasta que se rinda.

Ninguna de las dos cosas es aceptable, y ninguna es algo a lo que un negocio serio sometería jamás a un cliente que ha pagado.

Tengo documentado cada correo, cada promesa incumplida y cada fecha fallida.

La diferencia entre su empresa y aquellas en las que confío es simple: estas se ganan la confianza a lo largo de años y la protegen; ustedes han logrado destruirla en cuestión de semanas.

Voy a reabrir mi disputa con Klarna, y voy a compartir esta experiencia, de forma veraz y completa, allí donde los futuros clientes puedan leerla antes de cometer el error de confiarles su dinero.

The red light is brilliant especially the portable one that I purchased. I had previously borrowed a plug in one from a friend , so this one is far better.
Lasts for several 10 min treatments too before needing a charge up.
Good for arthritic joints , back pain and fungal nail infections.
The whole family are using it for different ailments.
The so-called free portable light is great for reading under at night in bed -so calming.

My only gripe is how expensive it was.

Have only started using the light. I have an eye condition, causing itchiness, redness, inflammation. This was improving before I started using RLT, so I can't tell for sure how much effect RLT has, but it has remained stable. I was impressed by the speed of delivery and packaging

I have used a Red Light Rising target light for several years now for my skin, recovery after training, eye sight and to help unwind in the evenings/ rise in the mornings. It is by far one of the best investments I have done for my health. I highly recommend this company and their products to everyone for the many health and wellness benefits!!

Quick and fast response to upcoming doubts and questions

There were issues with the local carrier and the item was twice sent back due to negligence on the courier's behalf. Red Light Rising was highly responsive to the issue and took care to follow up with me until the item arrived safely, on the third attempt.

I keep getting emails from Red light Rising saying I have left items in my cart and then follow up emails saying we have had to remove the items from your cart. This is really poor customer service and sneaky marketing ploy. I have never added any items into my cart, only just looked at the product on their website. Please stop these irritating tactics, its a very poor look for the company
