I had checked every coin and gold dealer in my town and was not satisfied with what they paid for gold and silver scrap (Jewelry). Re Dollar was paying 90% for gold. Their calculator and web site was easy to use. They e mailed me a pre paid shipping label that was 100% insured on their dime. I asked for a company check for payment. When they received my shipment I was notified that day and was given a quote that day also. Some of my gold was stamped 10k and during their tests found it was only 9k. I was paid $1,441.00 for my scrap and was very happy with their service.

To all interested in receiving money for there Gold & silver. In the past when I, or family members, had some Gold or Silver they wanted to sell they brought it to me to take to my local jeweler or to put on eBay. I came across re Dollar a couple of years ago. And I think originally they paid me around $2000.00 for some gold I had at the time. What is really great about them is a: you list what you want to sell on their Gold and Silver Calculator If that price is OK for you b: they will send you a shipping package or if you want just a shipping label. c; the shipping is paid for and insured d; in a few days they will contact you and confirm what you have sent and make you an offer e: on your approval you will be paid There is no commission charge! Besides the ease of doing business with reDollarI I fell they are honest and truthful which is really the key to my working with them. Oh yes on 4-7-22 they paid my $360.77 for gold And On 4-12-22 the paid me $342.23 for a mixture of scrap gold and silver. The local Jeweler is no longer on my list nor is eBay for gold.

I had a very good experience dealing with reDollar. From my first contact to mailing my ring their reps. made the process very easy. Communicating with them (always via email) was always productive. Questions were answered and a final price of $143 was agreed for an 18k gold ring that weighed 3.44 grams. The scale I purchased from them was as accurate as my jewelers.My offer from a jeweler was $50, which prompted me to contact reDollar. The printed materials they send are all first class, as well as their web site.

Awsome company! I was in a real jam, dad is in hospital, furnace died and cash is tight so I had some scrap jewelry I was saving for rainy day and bbn it was pouring :)
Looked online at many buyers and although many looked trustworthy when I looked deeper bad reviews were everywhere with one exception REDOLLAR so I took a chance and sent what I had to my suprise they offered exactly what their website said just under 2,000.00 and no lowball offers I got more than I could locally and the payment was super easy and fast

I found reDollar online and, unlike most other cash for gold/silver outlets, they provide an instant online estimate of your material's worth based upon its weight without the need to register or make an account. I mailed my items and during the few days before they arrived the metal went up in price and I was offered a little more per gram than I expected. Of course that could have gone the other direction, too. I received a fair offer in the evening of the day that reDollar received my material, exchanged a couple of questions by email and I had my payment by Zelle in my bank account before midnight of the same night!

Excellent transaction. Good communications. The payout amount was actually higher than the initial estimate. Rapid payment. A+ I would definitely do business with them again.

They made promises they didn't keep. The turnaround time is much longer than they suggest. My items took longer to ship than I realized, and they took 3 days to give me a report, after arrival. They guarantee 24 hours. They also claimed my largest item was only gold filled, which other trusted sources disagree with. Thirdly, it was only a few dollars, but their offer came back less than what could be calculated on their 'guaranteed payout' calculator at any time in the past 7 days. Thoroughly disappointed. Not sure the company is entirely untrustworthy, but there is some dishonesty floating around which tells me not to do business with them, unfortunately.
*This review comes with a new edit, and lower rating, because the company is lying about me. I absolutely did not accuse anyone of lying until I disagreed with their evaluation of my bracelet. Turns out, it was actually gold filled, which might make me change my review, except it came back extremely damaged. The bracelet was in perfect condition when I sent, and was horribly scratched and mangled when returned. The package arrived on Friday, and I didn't receive my offer until after midday on Monday, so you are also being publicly dishonest about that.
You didn't 'prove' anything. I have actual proof that your prices were different. You decided to return my items when I questioned why there was a difference between the numbers you offered me, and the numbers on your calculator. Step down off your high horse, you don't belong there

The process was step by step and easy to do. The offer was just what they said it would be on their site. They didn't say one thing and do another. I would do it again.

i was a little apprehensive at first try. i sent 5 rings, broken/scrap and a couple of pieces never worn handed down to me. The process was AMAZING.

reDollar gave me $5020 for my scrap jewelers. This was done over the internet and UPS. They are pretty much as advertised but even better. The transaction was very straightforward, transparent and expedited. One reason for recommending reDollar is that the local jeweler offered me$1080. Go figure!

Based on reviews of ReDollar, I decided to try it myself. I came across my class of 1990 high school ring that had been sitting in a drawer for decades. It was 10k gold so I figured some value was better than no value just sitting in a drawer. I completed their form. They emailed a mailing label. I mailed it off and a few days later I received an email they had received my ring and would get back to me with an offer shortly. A few hours later they came back with an offer of $296.00 for my high school ring. Did I mention 30 years ago I paid $265 for it? I accepted their offer, provided my bank account info for an ACH transfer and, as promised, this morning, my money was in my bank account. They even sent me a thank you email. Great customer service. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

I had a good quantity of sterling and fine silver scrap left over from when I had been a silver crafter some years ago. My local bullion dealer couldn't take it because the quantity was too small. (He literally needed a barrel full to take any.) reDollar was willing to take my 40-some ounces of scrap and paid me a fair price for it. The process was extremely fast and communication was excellent. I sent the silver and got paid the same day they got it, with no fees.

Excellent! Everything went both fast and smooth. There were no costs to me to mail in the merchandise. I received an email with cash offer the day that they received the gold items. I was offered $895.49. That was about $400 more than I was offered by a local pawn shop for the same items. I accepted REDOLLAR's offer and requested that a check be mailed to me. The check went out the same day and I received it three days later. They are good people to do business with.

Very pleasant experience for two separate shipments. Used the online calculator to get an initial offer for four gold necklaces. Once the USPS package arrived at the reDollar facility, I was notified via email within 24 hrs that a technician was evaluating the contents. From that point things proceeded very quickly and a laboratory report was sent a few hours later with a final offer within a few dollars of the original offer. I sold four 14k necklaces (13.86 grams) for $441. I repeated this process with a second shipment and 3 items were determined not to be precious metals. The laboratory report included photos of these three items. The 3 items were returned at my request with my check for $421. No haggling to get the best price. Check sent out immediately and arrived in a few days. Experience was much better than a competitor. I would recommend this company and I will continue to send scrap gold here.

Very happy with this company. A few old crowns, a small gold necklace and a gold ring. I received over $2,800 in two days. There communication’s with me was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.
