I was really nervous about trusting an online company for this purpose - however, reDollar came through with flying colors!! They were transparent, up front, and very good at communication. Their customer service was superb as well. They sent me a shipping box for my items and insured them, notified me when they were received, and gave me an offer for my items immediately. I accepted the offer and they gave me a choice of how to receive payment (I chose Zelle). I had my money in minutes!! There were two items they were not interested in and they are returning them to me (insured) with no hassle. This company was amazing. I definitely would use them again in the future.

I called local Florida jewelers about their prices to purchase my three-plus ounce, 14K, gold bracelet. I figured 14K is 58% of 24K which was around $1,800 per ounce and therefore the gold value of the bracelet before smelting, S&H, and profit was roughly 3 ounces x $1,800/oz x .58 or $3,132 plus pending certified scale weight. Local jewelry store quoted me $600 to $800 per ounce or $1800 - $2,400 for the bracelet. That felt kind of light to me, so I did some research on the web and found reDollar.com. I liked their reviews and return policy if not satisfied with their quote.

Sent them some pictures of the bracelet and was impressed with their quote of $2,842 based on the pictures and my rough weight from a postage meter which is not Troy ounces. Gold is weighed in Troy ounces.

They sent me a UPS insured mailer, I boxed it up, and took it to the local wrap and ship place. When they received it two days later, they sent me a final quote based on the actual weight for $3,086. I was quite impressed and accepted the offer and their check.

I think you would be hard pressed to find a local jeweler that could match the price, communication, and service.

I was skeptical at first but they sent me the shipping kit for free I measured my gold they also confirmed it they did a laboratory test to confirm gold that didn’t have a stamp on it because it was missing a bail. They gave me $400 to $500 more for my gold than a jeweler and $300 to $400 more than a pawnshop. Process was so simple and so easy. They wrote me a check on Sunday and I had it on Tuesday. I sold some old 10 karat gold I wasn’t using anymore, and few 14k charms and got $1,358.00 I will only use them in the Future!!

ReDollar was a great experience and very easy to use. I was able to print out a free label the same day I contacted them. When they received my jewelry they tested it and I received my money all on the same day. I was able to get $112 from a gold class ring, silver necklace and a silver bracelet. Using their calculator I received what was expected. I would definitely recommend using them.

Great company when I first dealt with them two years ago. I sent in 70 grams of 50-60 year old dental gold and within 5 days from my initial contact I received payment in my bank account. I've dealt with them 4-5 times since then and Its almost like dealing with a different company. I sent in a small rder last month that included a gold button and various scrap gold pieces and it took 9 days and the current transaction is at day ten.
It's almost as if they no longer want to deal with small time transactions. Unless they do something very redeeming with my current order I will no longer be using their services.
