LET DOWN BADLY !!
Bombarded by their marketing & decided to give them a try when requiring a backpack for a trip. Ordered the product. Nothing. Eventually received an email with a link to track. Had to give up personal & private details to get to tracking details. Alas, nothing again. Eventually received an email from AustPost indicating the package requires a signature to deliver. Contacted this company only to be bulls*itted to that it was an AustPost issue. Sent a screen shot from AustPost proving it was actually Red Equipment and how they sent the package. Disappointing. I now have to incur the time & cost to pickup the parcel from the AustPost store. Worse, I have missed the timing to get the backpack for the trip. Guttered. Who sends packages these days requiring the inconvenience of signing for them for low $values AND preventing the customer from changing the delivery options !!! Not happy. Waste of time & money. This company is a waste of space and there are MUCH better companies that don't treat customer with contempt.
Great customer service
Great customer service and friendly people who are always willing to help. The phone is answered quickly too. You will not regret buying their products as they are very well made and very reliable.

Lightweight robes - not for larger ladies
So gutted.
I made the time to speak with a customer service rep before ordering as know all too well the hassle of returns.. I was advised that for my size I should be okay with the larger size pursuit "changing robe". Alas, being larger in body and shorter in height this robe just does not work. Great as an outdoor coat, but I would not spend over £200 on one. No room whatsoever to change in. Even with the expander zips. I appreciate that other changing robes are bigger but I had especially wanted a lightweight one.
It feels a bit like the lightweight ones are only suitable to people of a smaller size than me.
I had sent three emails before ordering, none were answered. I have returned via DPD and can see they got the package on Tuesday. I have not had any email to confirm this, only seeing it on the DPD site.
Sadly the robe was not big enough and the customer service not as one would hope.
I ended up shopping around and honestly TWO BARE FEET are the place to go! Stunning robe, lightweight, big enough and they bother to reply to your emails.
Hopefully I will get the refund in due course, even if Red choose not to contact me to advise this.
Would not shop with them again sadly.

It’s not a matter of taste it’s a matter of your sizing for this item discriminating against larger sizes by not offering these options.

Great customer service
Recently bought a paddle board from red. Was away for the weekend and discovered I’ve lost an Oring off of my inflator hose. Dropoed them an email and received a really friendly reply. Within 24 hours they sent me through two replacement Orings free of charge. Thanks so much for the excellent customer service
Outstanding Customer Care and service
We purchased a Red Equipment 40L Waterproof Kit Bag on which the waterproof zip uncharacteristically broke after a few days. The Red team responded quickly with the offer of an exchange for the bag plus an upsize to a larger bag (60L) at no extra charge plus collection of the faulty bag. Great products and hugely impressive and attentive customer service - a great example of how to treat the customer with care!

2 years ago in Fiji, 2 air leaks - managed to temporarily fix. Expensive and not good quality. Now need to find an experienced paddle board repairer or buy another brand probably at 1/2 the price?

I’m on my 3rd Red board and have always enjoyed the quality of their kit. My pump disassembled itself earlier in the week. Contacted customer service yesterday and have new pump delivered today. Awesome. Thank you!

Bought one of the fabulous new Crossbody bags recently. Prompt delivery, and the bag is superb. At a stroke it’s solved my sling bag habit. It ticks all the boxes I’ve been looking for:

Red Paddle Co is just simply the best…
Red Paddle Co is just simply the best company we’ve experienced within the paddleboarding community. We only buy Red for our inflatables and they have lasted extremely well and they have unbelievable performance and utility. We have had so many adventures and many memories made with their boards. Everyone we see on the water wants to know where we get our multiple person boards and we are happy to spread the word. Our favorite is to load up the board with the dog and camping gear and just head on out to explore our beautiful country for days at a time. These boards boards can be easily pumped up with a pump that connects to a car battery (top tip - uber drivers are happy to do this ;) if you don’t want to hand pump it.
We take our board everywhere with us and have paddleboarded all over the world from inner city London to the Alaskan Glaciers. These boards last and are reliable which is what you want on adventures. We cannot recommend them enough and their customer service is amazing too - so helpful and easy to deal with. You will not regret a Red Paddle Co purchase and the adventures you’ll have.
Seam split on SUP and no warranty given
I had a Red Inflatable SUP sport model. It was fine for 4 years and was very well looked after.
It was always rinsed and stored in a cool indoor place.
The seam then blew apart one day out of the blue -(clearly a manufacture glue issue).
They refused a warranty claim because i hadn't registered my board. I had full proof of purchase and receipts. This was a very expensive board, so to only last 4 years is very disappointing. I didn't register the board because I don't like the spam that follows. Funnily enough as soon as I enquired about a warranty they automatically added me to a mailing list without asking me.

I found the products from Red Paddle Co to be of good quality overall, especially the dry robes and backpacks. The design and durability are decent, but pricing feels a bit steep compared to alternatives. Delivery was fast and smooth. While happy with some items, not all purchases felt like great value for money.

Purchased some adult (Short sleeve) and childrens dry robes, great quality and fantastic customer service.
Only feedback is what appears to be the disproportionate extra cost for the long sleeve adult robes which is a shame but cant fault Red or the products

Replacement parts
I recently switched from a Red Paddle WindSUP to a Red Paddle Sport. There were a few build quality issues with some of the accessories that came with the Sport that were out of warranty, but Red Paddle customer support went above and beyond to rectify these issues with no resistance and even let me register my board for extended warranty which I had forgotten to do on purchase. Great quality equipment and exemplary customer service.

Loyal Red Customers for Life
I’ve had my 2 Red inflatable SUP paddle boards for nearly 5 years and love them. My husband and I keep them on our sail boat which can be a relatively harsh environment and they have held up great. When we recently had an issue just shy of the 5 yr warranty term, I reached out and received outstanding support from the Red team. They remedied the situation and far exceeded our expectations. Thank you Red! You have earned loyal customers for life.

Extremely happy with the changing…
Extremely happy with the changing robes. had to exchange one due to the size being too big, but this was done swiftly and no hassle. Delivery was very fast (next day). I would definitely use again and recommend.

Having used Red products for a while I…
Having used Red products for a while I invested in an Evo Dry change robe. Just received it, everything about it is as described on the website, be careful of getting the right size if you want to use it as a change robe, I went slightly larger and it's perfect. Quality and colour is as expected from Red - excellent. Packaged and delivered very well. Customer service from Lauren was super - thanks and be back again soon.

I used TopCashBack to purchase a changing robe (£135). Red have refused to pay the £11.47 cashback?! The garment is amazing > I’d buy again based on quality, but ethics and shady practices will make me look elsewhere for myself &/or family members. Shame - not the customer service I expected of a British company.

Excellent dog walking coat for a tall chap
I purchased the Men's Long-Sleeve Pro-Change Robe in Parker Green for my husband because he needed a long, waterproof coat for walking the dog. Lauren gave me excellent advice on sizing since my husband is tall at 6'4". I decided on the XL size, and it fits perfectly. It arrived very quickly and was well packed. The robe is made of high-quality materials and includes many useful features, such as an internal pocket, a two-way zip, and side vents that make walking easier in muddy conditions. The hood fits snugly and comfortably. Overall, this was a fantastic purchase, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
