We completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially for a Mother’s Day gift. We’re sorry the initial delivery was missing an item and that the replacements didn’t meet your expectations. We can confirm that the replacement has now been delivered.

In rare cases, orders can get mixed up during production, and we’re reviewing this internally to help prevent this happening again. Our 3D initial necklaces are designed to be quite dainty and subtle, but we understand this may not have been what you were expecting.
