The claim process with Regency went very smooth and timely. My Complaint was the company that was assigned was late for the appointment and did not have any repair products on hand.

Every phase of the process, including the claim approval and the dispatch of a technician for the repair, was handled with impressive speed. SCAM COMPANY
SCAM COMPANY! A/C STOPPED IN JULY!!! WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE 3 WEEKS TO GET A CONTRACTOR!!! I HAVE MY ELDERLY ASMATIC MOTHER LIVING WITH ME, 90F INSIDE NOT A GOOD SITUATION. WAS TOLD BY REGENCY TO GET MY OWN CONTRACTOR, THAT THEY WOULD REIMBURSE ME ONCE THE UNIT WAS REPAIRED. ITS NOW THE END OF DECEMBER, STILL NO
CHECK/ REIMBURSEMENT, LIES, LIES, AND MORE LIES! THEN MY DRYER GOES OUT, THEY DID SEND A CONTRACTOR OUT THE NEXT DAY.. AFTER A PHONE CALL TO REGENCY...HE TELLS ME THAT ONLY THE PARTS ARE COVERED, AND NOT THE LABOR!!! I WAS NEVER TOLD THIS WHEN I PAID FOR THIS GARBAGE PLAN UP FRONT!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM, LYING, DECEIVING COMPANY!!!!
Worst service in years
We sent a request for service on a hot water heater. The company, High Quality Plumbing wanted 100 cash to diagnose without showing up they said it needed full replacement. (our contract says a 85 service charge. We mistrusted them requiring cash. We asked for another referral to a different company, waited several days and they sent the same company. WE again asked for a referral of a reputable place and they sent a handyman who new nothing about heaters. Customer support at Regency said we could call our own plumber, We did and the problem was fixed in a day without a total replacement. However it had been 11 days without hot water and we needed to pay our tenants 400 for the inconvenience and gym membership to shower.
