Got the chair a few days. A lot to learn but I love the chair. Many massage type choices. You get an automatic massage when you turn it on which is really good. I would recommend it.

I would give 10 stars if available. I live my chair!! My sister and I use it everyday. I was paying $150 for massage therapy monthly before getting my chair. Because it works so well (I do a lot of home repair projects plus have two horse I rude multiple times each week) I've been able to stop going to a masseuse and just use my chair for muscle relief and relaxation. I cannot recomme.d this chair more!

What can I say about the relaxation, and therapy I am getting from my Relaxe Massage chair. I am a massage therapist practicing for over 30 years. I do go and get massage from a “live” massage therapist. But… before I go to sleep at night… it now has become a ritual… I lay on my Relaxe Massage chair and go through the stretch massage cycle and the comfort massage cycle. I walk into my bedroom and fall asleep faster than I have ever been able to. I am 70 years old and if I did’nt have the ability to have my muscles massaged like this every day… I would have to quit the profession I love.
My family were a little taken aback that I spent part of their inheritance on this chair… but… I am number one. I’m divorced, live alone with 3 cats. Actually one of my cats lays on me as I’m getting massaged by my chair!! He is purring and very content. The other two are afraid
of the chair. 😻 . So this is my review…
GET THIS CHAIR!!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT AND YOU WILL THANK ME.

I placed my order on 12 – 18– 2025. I received my RELAXE Hickory Brown chair on 12–31-25 at 11:30 AM by FedEx. The pallet, the multi layer boxing, the thin plywood reinforcement, and the plastic and Styrofoam protection were all intact. The FedEx men placed the box into my living room and upon removing the chair from the box, I noticed a 1.2 cm x .64 cm (.5inch x .25inch) scrape on the fabric of the chair. It is in the middle of the lower leg section. The chair is absolutely beautiful. It’s stately. It’s elegant. But there was this tiny little scrape. I had photographed the whole procedure from removing the chair from the FedEx truck up to my deck and into my living room. It’s obvious the scrape in the material was not due to poor packaging or delivery process. It probably happened at the factory and got missed.I immediately called Rita my concierge and left a message along with photos. She returned my call and concern within the hour. Right after that, I’ve received another call from John from VIP concierge. He was very concerned. I told him I wasn’t gonna lose any sleep over the scrape, but could I be compensated for the flaw. He got back to me within an hour offering me a $200 discount. I agreed to that. I did a five minute break in massage with the chair and it is absolutely wonderful. It’s everything they advertise and more. Again, the customer service was just fantastic and they will stand by their product. I received another happy new year call from Rita and another follow up from John the next day. It’s been a wonderful experience dealing with this company and I’ve been in my chair three times a day since I’ve received it.I could already feel improvement in the range of motion in my neck and getting the kinks out of my shoulders and back. It’s just a fantastic fantastic product.
If anyone is in New Hampshire or neighboring Maine and want to take a test run in my chair, I’d be more than happy to let you have a test massage. I’m still learning all the functions, but this thing is fantastic. Only surpassed by the incredible customer service I’ve received.

Wish i could give zero stars!! No response paid for the sauna over a month ago (November 24th and January 2026 is a day away!!) and nothing yet! They sent a pretend tracking number and since nothing not a word! So much for the concierge number and our « personal concierge » etc……And they don’t answer the phone!! PLEASE AVOiD THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR OWN SANITY!!

Buyer beware!! This company makes promises then doesn’t deliver. Paid for extra in house set up and then told it’s not offered in our area and now they won’t refund the $250. Will only refund $100 or give us a massager worth $250. Guaranteed delivery in 8-10 days and we are almost a month out and we still don’t have the chair but they already debited our account. FRAUD ALERT!!!!

It’s been right at a year since my Relaxe chair arrived. Set up was plugin and sit down easy. I use it, my wife uses it, our adult children and their spouses use it. Other friends and relatives have tried it out. I use it if I’m hurting or stressed. It can put you right to sleep or get you ready to sleep. 5 stars 🌟 from all of us.

Everything about this purchase has been easy and wonderful. For me, it has been life-giving. It has been the ONLY thing I have found that has provided me with relief from lower back pain. Surgeries, medication, chiropractic, human massage have provided little to no relief. My Relaxe chair is my daily go to for relief!! I absolutely love it!

I ordered my chair on Sunday night and my chair was delivered on Tuesday morning. I chose to have in delivery inside my house and that was the best decision I made. It took maybe 15 minutes to unload and set it up in the house. Great choice

I’ve had my Relaxe Massage chair for over a year and I truly enjoy. I’m still learning to use some of the settings because there are so many. This chair gives a very intense massage, I had to put in some padding because of the intensity. The massage is literally from your shoulders to your feet. Even your arms and hands are massaged. I highly recommend this chair to anyone who enjoys a great massage for relaxation or aches and pains. I also found the price point comparable to another massage chairs that appeared less functional.

This is an absolutely incredible product. All the functions you could ask for rolled into one. Effective and useful as an everyday home remedy. One could say it's comparable to a professionals lounge massage chair, but realistically, this product IS exactly that. As per stated, there is no assembly required; straight out of the package it is ready to go. Perfect as a gift and well worth its price. The correspondent was very helpful behind the scenes in both the logistics and delivery. Highly recommend this. Thank you again, Relaxe.

Relaxe is a wonderful company that takes care of its customers. Even though our chair was delayed, our concierge was kind and communicative throughout the entire process. The chair is better than we hoped and has been a great gift (and surprise for the family.)

I’ve been using the Relaxe Massage Chair for a few weeks now, and it’s been a nice addition to my routine. The chair has a good range of massage options, which is great for unwinding after work or relieving tension in my back.

One feature I like is the ability to adjust the settings to focus on specific areas, which has been helpful for some lower back pain I’ve been dealing with. The zero-gravity mode is also pretty relaxing—it’s something I didn’t think I’d care about much, but it’s turned out to be a nice touch.

After getting the chair we have had about a week and a half to test it out. We love it.

We exercise everyday and then go to work. We look forward to using the chair to soothe sore muscles.

The options for various massages, intensity, and heat, offer us the ability to choose the best combination for the soreness we may have.

The chair appears and feels to be well made, solid, and has a beautiful appearance. We put it in our primary bedroom as the color goes with our furniture.

Because we were concerned about power surges, we purchased a good surge and filtering suppressor to help protect the electronics and motor.

For the price of the chair I don't think you will find a better deal.

The sales rep has been VERY responsive when contacted with questions.

We did have some delivery issues but Relaxe handled them well.

I would recommend this chair if you are in the market for a well made, fairly priced massage chair.
