I ordered through Vinted. Relay was a new option. Thought I'd give it a go (really wish I hadn't as I loved what I had bought). The parcel was collected and no update since - I have read alot of reviews about the couriers so I wonder if it is a complete lack of training & motivation. Tried contacting customer service - no response. I have removed them as an option for buying and selling on the Vinted app. You have competition who are more reliable.

The delivery driver left the parcel in front garden, not in safe place. They don’t care about costumers.

absolutely dreadful. i have had a few packages delivered with them, all of them delivered many weeks late. but this recent situation is what pushed me over the edge: they lost my package in a domestic transit. i waited four weeks for an update but their online tracker is absolutely atrocious and does not work. it wasn’t until i emailed them about the issue that i found out the package was actually lost a week later. very poor customer service and very, very poor company. avoid at all costs.

Dreadful. After multiple delays, was told the parcel was ready to collect and it wasn’t at the collection point. Got in touch with customer service, never heard back. Will avoid buying anything if it’s delivered by this company. Not going through that farce again.

What ever goes right with this company? My suggestion to improve is to call it a day. Dire service. Worse than Evri.

I had a parcel with them what was lost in transit then later found, the receiver of thr parcel wasn't in to collect so it was sent back to me for over 2 weeks, then get an email saying its been lost im transit with their drivers, AGAIN!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS DELIVERY SERVICE

What a steaming pile of.. rubbish this company is.. Normally people rabble on about various issues they've had with their delivery etc.. But I just can't be bothered, because I'd likely be here all day.. and I've got better things to do..

Would give it less than 1 if I could. There tracking information doesn't work, the company I bought from insist it's on it's way. They want me to pick it up now from a random shop I have never heard of. It has put me off ordering anything from the internet. I thought Royal Mail was bad enough. Don't suppose I will get my parcel or my money back.

Stay away. All parcels mysteriously lost. Still waiting on refunds 3 months later

I wouldn't even give a 1 * I had parcel saying it had been delivered I was in and IV got CCTV and no postman came in my garden the parcel is lost and all relay are saying that they have checked tracking of driver he was in area so basically they are calling me a liar and can't do anything about it as it's been delivered not no wonder it's only got a one star review wish I had to check to this first

Absolutely appalling. In the last 2 weeks I have had one parcel returned to sender for no apparent reason, one parcel has “been lost in transit” and finally a message last night that my tee shirt had been delivered to my “local” drop off in Bristol- an hours drive away. Why do Vinted use these cowboys. Avoid like the plague!

Worst delivery service ive ever used . Will never use again. The drivers dont give a shit and dont even knock ur door . Left mine outside in full view of anyone walking past .

Item was never delivered. Driver claimed they attempted delivery three times but customer service later admitted they had trouble finding the property (we live on a main road so I find this hard to believe. Do not use Relay for delivery services.

Awful didn’t deliver today patio doors open no one rang this package was for my birthday. Stay away from this company

Driver was back in the car before I even got to the door (which took less than 30 seconds) parcel was on the doorstep!

Terrible! Sold over 270 items on Vinted using InPost, Evri and Royal Mail and not had one package lost. Along comes the option for customers on Vinted to use Relay and they’ve lost both parcels sent using them. Safe to say I’ve disabled them on Vinted!

Always a problem of some sort! App not working so delivery man didn't leave parcels at pickup point. Parcel not mine. Parcels very late.

If I cld give them 0 I bloody well would. Whoever invented this company is actual ragebait. So goddamn useless and slow and unreliable.
