Really bad company, my parcel has gone completely missing, it wasn’t at the shop it was supposed to go. Unanswered emails of complaint and no one to speak to. Thinking they should be reported to trading standards as I feel they are not taking responsibility whatsoever. Really one to avoid at all costs!

Oh my, we've sent you the wrong parcel, we admit that but it's going to take us up to 35 days to investigate so you might see your refund a week or two after that! What a joke of a delivery service, just give up now!

Very poor service from this company. Instead of delivering the parcel at my home address they deliver it to some random shops. Poor delivery service. Poor customer service. Poor service by the delivery driver now that I have to go all the way to the sari sari shop to collect my parcel. Poor service in general!!!

My parcel was opened and item was taken from the box. Item was delivered to Relay pick up point in Redhill.

If I could a lesser score I would still haven’t picked up parcel 4 days following drop off by seller - total disgrace RELR53CK6FL1 I hope they read this but it’s doubtful

Worst delivery courier out of them all. Lost my parcel and took over A MONTH to reply to my email about it. They offered zero help. Avoid at all costs. Would never use again and I dread ordering now in case they are the courier. Such a joke. Scam.

I was shocked to see so many negative reviews for Relay.. I found the company to be exceptional. I was kept informed on the progress of my order and there is a step by step guide on their website I feel so many other delivery companies could learn a lot from Relay. Excellent.

I have used relay for about 5 weeks, my parcels have arrived on time and the communication is great. No fault and it's the cheapest option most of the time

They sent a message that the package has been delivered to my home. Attached to the message was a picture of the wrong front door and a picture of my package held in the delivery drivers hand. I went straight to the front door and there was no package and checked with the owner the home shown in the picture. No one had knocked or left anything with them. I contacted relay via the email address on the web site as the office was closed. They did not bother to reply to the email. Perhaps I am in a long queue of customers waiting for information of the location of their missing packages. Do not use them, they are unprofessional, unreliable and uncontactable.

Terrible communication. The drivers don’t deliver parcels. They don’t even attempt delivery and then just put down delivery unsuccessful. At no point on the tracking did it give me an amount of stops away like it usually does when out for delivery, which is a red flag there.

In the past the drivers have phoned if having any difficulties but nothing this time. This all points to the fact that they didn’t even attempt to deliver on any of the days. Says they attempted twice on the tracking but then told me when I emailed that they attempted three times and parcels being sent back to sender. So either that’s a lie or they don’t update their tracking correctly.

Either way I was in all day for each delivery day and was a waste of time as they didn’t deliver. Not helpful at all once you contact them either.

Absolutely shocking delivery service! So annoyed that my Vinted parcel has been allocated to this company as I would not choose to use them! My parcel went from collected on 29th July to delayed on 1st August with no update since. I’ve also logged two tickets with them, I waited well over the 72 hours supposed response time before logging another one and still no response from them. They seem to just lose parcels once it hits their system. It’s so frustrating to not have any update or acknowledgment from them and it’s an item I really care about too and cannot easily be replaced. Looking at the other trust pilot reviews I do not understand how they are in business and being used by people!

Brought a parcel from vinted being sent by this company so not my choice! Parcel got sent 106 miles away as my chosen shop wasnt accepting parcels. This seriously couldn't be the nearest choice?? And relay are not responding at all! 3 wks and multiple contact made by myself

Relay delivery must be the waste delivery company I have ever known they give you updates when they feel like it but your parcel does not arrive. I waited in four days to get a parcel that they promised to deliver four days earlier. The worst company possible I give them a place to leave the parcel do they leave it there? No absolute rubbish. I would not employ this company to deliver nothing

Extremely disgusting service. Driver throwing the parcel behind the side gate without knocking on the door first I recently had merchandise delivered inside the parcel there was fragile items that was completely shattered.

my order was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago, I have received nothing and no update! Seems it has mysteriously disappeared, as others have noted, or lost.

This is the 2nd time in a week where the delivery driver just drops the parcel at the foot of the front door and disappears. Doesn't even ring the bell or knock the door. Terrible service.
My porch door was ajarz slightly too but didn't even bother to pop it in there, just left in full view of all passers by

Absolute DISGRACE of a company!!! My parcel is almost a week late I’ve emailed twice to be told to just wait, I was also told not to keep emailing for updates as it will slow their response down! Been tracking on the app and it has said delayed allow 48 hours since last Friday, no help from customer services not as much as an update to tell me if my parcel is even going to arrive, avoid at all costs this company needs boycotting!

Dog shi company 5 days no update on delay. Rid this company of existing please
