I have been dealing with this company for years now, and they just keep getting better and better.
The service engineers are friendly and efficient and arrive when they say they will.
I’m convinced that the water is super healthy and as a result, I drink plenty.

This has been one of the most frustrating and upsetting experiences I’ve had with any service company.

A technician from this company came to install water filters in our home. Six days later, we discovered that our brand new laminate flooring—recently installed and quite expensive—had swollen due to water damage. After calling in an independent plumber, it became clear that the leak was caused by a valve that had not been properly shut off by your technician. Water had been leaking from the installation point directly onto the floor.

Let me be very clear: this is not a minor issue. We invested serious money into high-quality flooring. The damage caused is both extensive and costly.

What’s worse, I contacted the company immediately after discovering the issue—and received absolutely no response. No apology. No investigation. No responsibility. Just silence.

This level of negligence is completely unacceptable. If your staff’s mistakes result in damage, the company must stand behind their work. Ignoring the problem doesn’t make it go away—it simply shows a total lack of professionalism and integrity.

I am deeply disappointed, and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this company with any work in their home. Poor workmanship is one thing. Refusing to acknowledge and fix the damage caused is something far worse.

I requested a visit and received one within a week. He was efficient and courteous at all times.

This is related to complaint with the technician who fixed the water system in our house, please see details as below,
We have been using our kitchen tap since we entered the new house (for 1 month), and my wife just used the tap before your technician arrived. During the process of fixing the water system, the technician broke the tap.
My wife was minding our son in the sitting area when she heard a loud sound from the kitchen. She immediately went to the kitchen and asked to technician if everything was okay. He replied that everything was fine and there was no problem. Technician then went outside to his van, brought something back, and attempted to fix the tap with glue. He informed us not to touch the tap for 1 hour and said that it was already broken, and he tried to fix it himself.
After waiting, we tried to turn on the tap, but water did not come out, and the knob was completely broken. I called one of the person from team, who told me that they do not touch any kitchen taps while fixing the water system. If the tap was already broken, technician should not have touched it without asking my wife.
Technician's actions led to the tap being completely broken, and he is not being truthful about the situation. We request that you replace or repair the tap or reimburse us for the cost of a new tap.
but no one is supporting for to address this.

You can come to our home I will show you the condition of the tap it is hited with something while fitting new tap near to our tap. You can see the scratces on the tap. It was not like that before your technician starts the work.
And I have mentioned already my wife heard the sound like hited something. That means we never trust you people while you are doing any work at our home. We have to keep on eye what you are doing. And that is not good.
My wife was busy with minding the son in the sitting area. That is our fault to trust you.

Based on my experience I can recommend this company. I'm not giving 5 stars because there was some issue with installation and first interaction with customer service about this was a bit misleading. However when I complained, the customer service was very professional and they compensated everything. Overall, I am happy with them and I would use their service again and I can recommend to others.

Great service from first contact to installation, 100% confidence in my drinking water now. Very happy with everything altogether.

Very happy with the pure water I'm getting. It's definitely improved my health and the softener has got rid of the limescale and improved my showering experience. Very happy with my purchase and just a great company to deal with.

The person who came to fit the system was great and worked out a way to fit the tap without cutting in to my kitchen counter top.

Very helpful and professional when talking to them on phone, Installation went very well, installer was very professional and competent nothing was a problem .Water very good now 100% great company .
