I use the company for the second time and definitely will use it again.
The car was in a good condition. We had a special assistants for drop off to the airport after returning. It was great since we had a lot of luggage.

Terrible post-service experience
Need to modify this review as after more than 40 days I haven't received back my deposit (paid promptly wit credit card -> 1500 aed) and just now, after countless pushes from my side, company is forcing me to accept a cheque to be collected at my expenses. TERRIBLE customer caring experience
