Efter at have lejet bil hos jer finder jeg ud af at I som eneste udlejningsselskab på Færøerne opkræver tunnelafgift for de store tunneller på 560,-kr. t/r, andre selskaber tager 500,-kr. t/r.

I struggled with rental car choice for my Faroe trip. I made the correct choice with RentYourCar. Price was good compared to others. Pick up was very easy and fast. I added the wifi and am happy with that decision too! The car was low mileage, very clean and comfortable. It drove very well on those narrow Faroe roads. Most tolls were included. Drop off was extremely easy. Rent from this company with confidence!

Very happy with the service, the car I got and the price. I will return to the Faroe Islands and Rent Your Car will be my preferred choice for car rental.

The car was good, if very much a hire car, with a gear change that felt like it had been misused by many past drivers, and it took us all around the Faroe Islands without problems for 5 days. The staff were friendly and helpful and everything was easy. Contact was not easy. When I wanted to check the drop off time for the car, I rang the mobile number I had been given a number of times and couldn't get through.

We booked a normal SUV but because there were some damaged cars before so we got an free upgrade to a bigger car.
The pick up was very easy and also the return.
We didn’t get any explanations on the car but still everything worked out good.

Was extremely satisfied and impressed by the value and service they provided. Almost new Automatic SUV and it was still cheaper than a normal Sedan from the competitors. Can definitely recommend and will definitely rent from them again

The RentYourCar office at Vagar Airport was easy to find, staff were really helpful, provided a free map which proved indispensable and when we returned the car they correctly totted up our tunnel toll usage. We'd happily use RentYourCar again.

Pleasant and easy to deal with after our attempt with online booking did not work. There was no trouble in getting a small-medium automatic car and some helpful advice re not really needing a daily tunnel pass amongst other things. Altogether good value and a great experience - would recommend to other travellers.

Fast, easy and a New car.
When we arrived in the airport, there was good Signs to the car rental and tomford directly to the desk where the Key and information was ready.
No waiting time….and a good and clean car.

Going to the Faroe Islands during the strike, the biggest worry was fuel, but I got very good help at rent-you-car. Quick pickup, good service, easy return, and good price. Thank you so much!(My friend rented car from another company and waited for a long time at the counter. I thought I was lucky.)

Absolutely stellar service, especially taking into account the strike for transportation workers was ongoing during our visit.

Good service, good prices

Very happy with this rental, it is simple with everything from booking to pick up and drop off. Employee that was handing over the car was nice and helpful with answering all of our questions and also giving us some tips.

One star deducted for three (minor) things that can be improved:
- Earliest pick up time is 9:00 which is a bit late when you as a tourist want to make most out of each day on the islands. Would like to see it moved at least to 8:00.
- Employee was about 30 minutes late when we were picking up the car. Luckily we haven't had any follow up appointment anywhere otherwise we would be late for it.
- I would like to receive official confirmation (on email perhaps) after dropping off the car, that car was returned and everything is in order.

Nice car, friendly service people. Fast handling with receiving and delivery of car. No nagging about extra insurance.

Super easy, helpful, and timely. We went to their website at 10 AM on a Saturday, and had a car by 11:30 AM at our hotel...easy as pie! Everyone was super nice and friendly and got it done quickly.

Det er nu 4 gang jeg lejer bil hos Rent Your car. Virkelig god og imødekommende service. Aldrig problemer med lejen. Let og smidig levering direkte til hotellet i Torshavn. Det kan ikke være lettere. Jeg vil altid bruge Rent Your car, når jeg er på Færøerne.

Jeg har lejet bil hos Rent Your Car i årevis, da jeg altid er blevet mødt af positivt personale, gode priser og ekstraordinær service.
Når jeg kun giver 3 stjerner for min seneste billeje hos dem, skyldes det at bilen havde All Weather dæk på i en periode hvor der faldt meget sne på Færøerne. Bilen var slet ikke pålidelig i forhold til opbremsning og acceleration. 2 ting der er brug for i fjeldene deroppe. Flere gange var det faktisk ved at gå galt og bilen fik ikke vejfæste.

Very nice employee dropped out car off at the hotel - but additional costs are very high and we were given a smaller car than we had booked.
