I and my colleague rented out one of middle class car from "Rent Your Car". At the middle of our trip for sightseeting, unfortunately we experienced some issues on the car in the middle of highway, where we couldnt really accelerate the car speed with some warning sign at the Dashboard. However, "Rent your Car" immediately send a taxi to pick up us and support all details of issues immediately. Even though there were some issues on the car, I was really satisfied with their immediate support and service. highly recommendable!

Husk fotos! Ifbm udlevering af bil gjorde udlejer mig opmærksom på lille bule i dør. Efter aflevering trak udlejer mig for selvrisiko og påstod at jeg havde lavet bule i dør… Heldigvis havde jeg fotos af bilen og udlejer vedkendte sig fejlen (men det krævende en masse mailskriveri mm). Så husk at tage fotos af bil når du modtager den.

Udover ovenstående, så var alt fint.

Communication in person in the rental store upon pick-up was a very pleasant experience. The terms and conditions were explained very clearly by the representative. No hidden fees. Prices were extremely competitive. The car was in excellent working condition. The drop-off process was easy. Follow-up email correspondence was seamless. I highly recommend this rental car company.

The pick up service was very quick and easy, same with the drop off. The car was such a great way to see the islands, the wifi was a great add-on holding secure service pretty much everywhere.

Easy to get the car.
Even thought it was in the night.
I could also get help over the Phone at Any time.

All was smooth since all details was filled in during the on-line booking.

The car was okay but the cost of the renting is excessive. Probably it’s the same for all Faroe renting companies but it’s incredible to pay for one week of renting in Faroe more than 6 times the price I paid for one week of renting a car in Greece

Super god service, hurtig udlevering af bilen. Let tilbage levering af bilen. Super dejligt ikke at blive presset til en masse ekstra forsikringer.
Super god næsten ny bil og vi fik med automatgear, hvilket var virkelig nødvendigt når man kører på Færøerne . Det har været den letteste og bedste biludlejning jeg har brugt.
Kan varmt anbefale dem.

One minus : Tunnel pass currently doesn’t cover new tunnel between Tórshavn and Runavik.
