Very quick at coming which is needed…
Very quick at coming which is needed with live insects, only one came dead which I find really good. My gecko loves the cockroaches and I can't find them anywhere else that I find that he likes!

What a disappointment
After previously giving a glowing review.... I'm so disappointed from my recent purchase.... I ordered very late on 14th sept... its fine I new it would be 2 days.... but no... I got a email to say shipped on 17th..... no delivery.... so I thought.... there was no correspondence to say it had been delivered.... the delivery driver didnt knock.... but left my parcel at the door.... this was left out all night.... I won't be using your company again... I've recently just used another company and they came next day didnt matter what time I ordered... what a disappointment.

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your delivery experience. However, we are surprised to receive this feedback, as our records show that your order was dispatched on the 16th, rather than the 17th, and was delivered to you on the 17th.
While we completely understand that delivery issues can be frustrating, once an order has been dispatched, the handling and delivery of the parcel is unfortunately outside our control. As APC was responsible for the delivery, any issues relating to the courier service would need to be raised directly with them.
From our side, we processed and dispatched your order promptly and in accordance with our usual procedures. For this reason, we feel that the feedback regarding the delivery service does not accurately reflect the service we provided.

Ordered micro crickets and small crickets. Arrived well packaged and in great condition. In the past I have had many dead with other suppliers. Would definitely use again.

Ordered a vivarium and cabinet
Ordered a vivarium and cabinet. Cabinet came very damaged. 2 panels completely broken in half and 2 others badly damaged. The vivarium glass was chipped in one corner which then had a very sharp edge. Pictures sent to customer services on an email chain I had open with them when I asked for an exchange which apparently they cannot do and will only send replacement panels. Since sending the pictures I have had no reply. Pretty poor customer service, I’m likely going to have to do a chargeback with my bank for the cost of the whole order
