Disappointing Customer Service and Order Fulfillment
I am regretfully writing this review after multiple unsuccessful attempts to resolve an issue with my order. I placed an order on May 6, 2023, and since then, I have encountered numerous problems.
Firstly, the order status has remained 'in progress' for an extended period without any apparent movement or update. Secondly, the provided tracking number seems to be invalid or unrecognized on the courier's website. This has left me in a situation where I have no visibility of my order or its whereabouts.
My attempts to seek clarification and assistance from the company's customer service have been largely ignored. Despite reaching out to them for a resolution, I have received no response to my inquiries.
Such a lack of communication and transparency is incredibly disappointing and has left me feeling both frustrated and concerned about the legitimacy of my order.
I am sharing my experience here in the hope that future customers are aware of the issues they might face when dealing with this company. In the meantime, I will continue my efforts to get an update on my order or, if necessary, cancel and seek a full refund.

Horrible
Just tried to order Sassanach Whiskey and my order got cancelled because they were out of stock, and I was confused went back to the website and it's showing in stock, just more expensive than it previously was. So disappointed.

Don't order from here, they take your money but do not send the item
Edit: Although couldn't receive the order, I received my refund after 2 weeks. Updating it to 3 stars.

I ordered a bottle of liquor and this is what happened:
- Delivery person claimed that the address is wrong (although address is super clear and I have not had this issue with all the food deliveries amazon etc. before).
- Once it is delivered to the shop, I went there with my ID and order number, they didn't give my order for absolutely no reason and they also don't know English well so it was so hard to communicate (they were just saying no no no no).
- I reached out to Reservebar for refund, but they did not respond at all for the last 7 days.

1674225462438 Everything was in stock when I paid . 1 day later 2 items were out of stock . My reply from them wasn’t immediate however I was given a 10 code which is useless for future orders because you can get free shipping , extra promos codes and can’t use the $10 off at the same time . I trusted them again, ordered Black leaf organic vodka $19.99 during black history month. I placed my order 2/28 and a day later got that same email saying it was out of stock and didn’t know when it would be so my order was cancelled. The vodka was still posted however doubled the price !!!My friend knew I wanted the item so we placed an order , sure enough the item was in stock , 4 days later I have the vodka and the same useless $10 code . I’m done ordering customer service didn’t do anything .
Bait and Switch Experience too
I thought I had bought several nice scotch bottles at a good price and checked out with their flat rate for shipping. All items were in stock when I gave them my credit card.
!! They proceeded to email me and tell me that everything I ordered was out of stock except for one cheap common whiskey which they just shipped to me. They did not refund me any shipping charges and just ignored my email complaining.
I wouldn't have ordered from them in the first place if they were honest about what's in stock. I'll surely never order form them again.
AVOID - Bait & Switch Business Model
I've been burned by Reserve Bar twice in a row now. They utilize a bait & switch business model whereas it will post items at MSRP and once you order said items they cancel your order within 24 hours. When you go back to view the item it's then listed at way above MSRP. In the meantime they charge your credit card then issue a refund. I don't trust this company and advise you to shop elsewhere.

Do not order from them. I ordered a bottle of Heaven's Door bourbon on Jan 20. It is now 2/17. They "said" it shiipped on 1/30 but the tracking says it was never fulfilled. I have emailed w cust service at both companies to no avail. You can never actually talk to a person. Don't do it! They just take your money and never fulfill your order

Preordered a bottle from them in December, they cancelled due to their own inability to managed preorders. Waited almost a full month before telling me the preorder was cancelled making me unable to get the bottle from another seller. Absolutely avoid preorders from this company. Didn’t even tell me in a support response, only cancelled my order two days later.
You May never get an order fulfilled
I made an order on December 14. On December 25, I got an email that it was backordered. I opted to keep the order as it was a good price. On February 1, the order was cancelled without any information. I checked on their website and the product showed as available but for more than I had paid. I emailed customer service and they responded today that it is really out of stock. This is the second time I’ve had such issues with them. The 60% chance that my order will be fulfilled isn’t worth the risk.
Cancelled Order, Zero Customer Support
I placed an order that was cancelled. I wasn't even notified it was cancelled via email, had to check the order status on the site. Actual supplier promptly issued a full refund. Reserve Bar itself only issued half a credit, missing $4.99. Contacted support, 3 different times, 8 business days later and zero response. Avoid this company, plenty of better options out there!
Cancelled my order without notice and refunded me less than what I paid
I placed an order on 1/11, it said 3-7 business days to ship. 10 business days later I still never received the item. I tried to place a tracking inquiry through their website and received no response in 48 hours. I checked back on my order and it was canceled... with no notice to me or ever contacting me. Then I check my refund and they refunded me LESS THAN what I originally paid. I have tried calling their phone (no answer), submitting a help ticket on their website (no answer), and texting their mobile help (no answer). I have no idea how else to get in contact with this company, it is unacceptable how I still have no response after days of trying to reach out.

So wish I had read up about ReserveBar before placing an order. I ordered a scotch before Christmas and it was in fact a pre-order. Was told it had shipped the first week of January. Followed the tracking and saw it had been returned. Sent email,was told it had been handed off to Aftership and showed delivered. Still have no scotch and awaiting responses from both. Save your time & money. Very unsatisfactory experience.
Order was wrong for second time
Order was wrong for second time. Sent cheaper bottle of tequila but paid for better tequila. First time I was able to call customer service, now you call number & all you get is recorded message. Sent email they never got back to me. Will just chock this place up to bad experience & never use again.

Don't order from here
I ordered whiskey as a Christmas gift and wasn't notified that it wasn't available until after it should have been received. I ordered another whiskey that should have been delivered before Christmas and was just notified on 1/21 that it was also not available. My friend didn't receive their gift; and to make matters worse, my refund won't be sent for 10 more days. You should be ashamed of such crappy service.

Ordered a $400 bottle of bourbon on 12/13/22. As of today, 1/17/23, it still has not been delivered. No communication from the company and like everyone else, you cannot get a live person on the phone. This is going to one of my biggest clients. My next call is to my credit card company to report fraud.
Funny update: On March 10, 2023 - three months after my order, ReserveBar finally contacted me to tell me their trusted partner could not fulfill my order - what a crap company.
Company is Ridiculous
First they cancelled my order then they told me sorry for miscommunication. Then I get the delivery and the liquor/order that was delivered was wrong. It was for my Dads birthday. Trying to get ahold of reservebar is like pulling teeth so ridiculous. How hard is it to text/email a customer back. Still waiting on response from them.
