Re Supply was simply a contractor for a junk hauler. It might be less expensive to simply contract a junk hauler on your own so you don’t pay a middleman. The original quote doubled at pick up and the haulers they sent me dropped a glass insert when moving a table. They did a mediocre job cleaning it up. On a positive note they were very polite and communicative leading up to the pick up. But if I had to do it again I’d just use Task Rabbit app or arrange the job directly with someone. I did not realize the business model and there isn’t really a charity connection other than they will drop things off at a donation center if you ask.

Such a great experience from start to finish! The team was professional, friendly, efficient, and made the entire donation moving process incredibly easy. They took care of everything and made what could have been a stressful task completely seamless. I really appreciated how responsive, reliable, and thoughtful they were throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a donation moving service!

Brendan and Emanuel were super kind and worked safely and efficiently! They easily took the extra large items we had, and they were so enthusiastic explaining their company philosophy about how these things would be donated/reused and kept out of the landfill! These are people after my own heart, as environmental sustainability is my passion and my job here on our college campus!

This place is a scam. I scheduled a pickup a week before needed. We spent the next week cleaning out my deceased mothers apartment. On the scheduled day we had a window between noon and 5pm. The day progressed with no communication from resupply. Finally I started making inquiries. There was no response on the chat function on their website. There was no way to reach a human at the supplied phone number and attempts to text were equally frustrating. By 5:00 no one showed up. I finally got an email at 6 that said they were very sorry but no drivers were available and would I like to cancel my booking and receive a refund of my booking fee. Seriously?1? Cancel and get my $8 bucks back?1? No, I want my stuff picked up. I'm now left scrambling trying to find someone else to pick my mothers belongings.

Brad and Denise with Chuckin' Junk were excellent! They are very professional, polite and very timely. Their attitude was over and beyond the call of duty. This LLC is a definite asset to the sub contractors utilized by Goodwill! Keep up the phenomenal performance!

Nothing against the movers as they did a good job. My issue is that I spent time on the phone to get a quote and explain to the person on the phone all the items I had. I had even sent some pictures. When they showed up the new quote was significantly higher and then at the end they said they couldn't take the pallets either after I had agreed to the new price to have them take everything out of the storage unit. When I asked about this the gentleman on the phone told me it's almost always like this. They need to have much better trained phone personal doing the quotes so people are getting correct information and not having the quotes changed on them.

Picked up several pieces of office furniture. Was astounded at the cost of the service.

The people who took our donations were very professional. They went above and beyond. The process went smoothly from booking to pick-up. I highly recommend this service, especially to people with donations that are too large or heavy to move themselves.

The crew were not professional movers. They kept charging more claiming a queen bed was a king and a 3 drawer dresser was oversized. Huh! Terrible experience. I couldn’t reach ReSupply to try to save the situation but I’m on the west coast and they were already closed. Don’t use!

After multiple conversations with ReSupply, I’ve learned that I misunderstood. They use junk haulers with an appropriate business license. They have also adjusted my final bill due to errors in calculating the original charges. I’ve adjusted my review accordingly.

The movers arrived on time, were neatly dressed, polite, and efficient. They were knowledgeable about which items were donatable, and which items (such as an old mattress) needed to go to the dump. We recently moved to a smaller apartment and had to downsize. It was a load off our minds to have them remove the furniture and other household items that we couldn't take with us and couldn't give away.

Truck arrived on time, both gentlemen were courteous and efficient with the process which was quick and painless. All in all an excellent transaction. I'd simply suggest you adopt a military discount for both active duty and veteran military folks.

The moving men were very professional and took great care moving the chairs from my condo. What disappointed me was the actual cost greatly exceeded the original quote. There were many additional and significant fees that increased the quote from $162 to $224+ Things like elevator fee, fuel fee, large item fee, dump fee, etc. Honestly, I would not recommend this service unless money is not a concern.

Easy and simple. They did all the communication and the guys who showed up right on time to disassemble and take away a big heavy bed frame for donation. Everything went as expected. It was not cheap, but it was totally worth my time and energy to not have to coordinate everything myself with the donation center and haul-away people.

You charged me out the ass for “donating” 400$ for a Couch and a Table. What a scam no wonder nobody donates to “Charity” your making more poor people
