Easy smooth process!
Clear and consistent communication, easy to book, reasonable price. I had lots of times to choose from and there was availability as soon as the next day, which was awesome. Movers came in the window I scheduled. It was all very easy and smooth.

Our experience was very good. We received a call and text concerning the pick up time.
Upon the arrival of Nathan and his helper, the sofa was taking apart for easy loading. This took them about 5 minutes to load and receive payment.

The great and the ugly
The driver and loaders were amazing! Quick punctual service!
However-the hidden recycling fee should be included in the estimate! Our price went up by 50% and it was no longer something that we could manage financially. Had we known when we made arrangements, we could have adjusted our budget.
This is basically an underhanded, bait and switch technique!

Charged surprise fee — but refunded and made assurances
Update: Management responded quickly and appropriately with a refund — and pledged to make changes to their system causing the issue. My wife and I will now use them once again, and with joyful confidence in their care for customers and their professed mission. [initial review: We were charged when the drivers arrived for an additional $40 recycling fee, which was not a charge nor an issue were advised of ahead of time. We paid for delivery to a specified party. Delivery guys said it "happens all the time."]

Price quoted may not be accurate
Even though I chose a "couch" on the website and described it as a "6-person modular couch" the delivery people still raised the price during pickup. I think there needs to be a better way to avoid that price increase.

When our item database was created we had sectional and not modular inputted for multi piece couches. I will inform our team of the need to include modular so that pricing can be more accurate in situations like yours.
