I purchased some projectors with the aim of customizing the headlights on my 2004 Jeep Liberty. Delivery was fast. It was a positive experience for me. There was an error regarding the shrouds, but Retrofitlab sent me two replacements. I recommend this seller.

Retrofitlab.com was the only place where i could find what is needed to repare my old dead xenon headlights. The experience was pretty smooth, and the instalation is not difficult.
Why not 5*: the replacement projectors in the repair kit were of quite low quality, although given the price of the kit, it was expected. I think it might be good to have a choice between cheaper or better options

The order arrived quickly and everything matched the description. The parts look like genuine OEM quality and were well packaged. Communication with the seller was clear and professional.

Very expensive for what it is. Customer support is poor - I had an issue where my lights were wonky and they replied "I am afraid that i do not have a solution to fix that to be honest" I would have expected better given the premium price I paid for them!

Easy to use website, pick and choosing extras is handy.
Kit is well made and came with good quality fixings.
The YouTube fitting guides are helpful but hard to follow by keeping pausing and playing. A short paper guide or PDF of the fitting process would be handy too
All round very happy and the end result is amazing

Ein wirklich furchtbares Produkt ich habe für meinen e46 die wie sie es nennen upgrade Linden gekauft. Es passt überhaupt nichts die Anleitung die man bekommt wenn man den beigelegten qr Code skannt ist die falsche. Bei der Anleitung wirst du angewiesen die Halteklammern der Chrome Blende abzubrechen, nur um sie dann direkt an die xenon linse anzukleben ich wiederhole ankleben was aber nicht funktioniert da die blende kleiner ist als die Linse heißt im Klartext die Blende müsste direkt an der Linse kleben. Ich bin jetzt nach 3 Tagen arbeit und an den punkt angelangt an den ich nicht verstehe wie diese firma 4.5 Sterne haben kann das Produkt was ich erhalten habe ist eine totale Katastrophe. Ich würde als gelernter Mechanik behaupten ich weiß was ich tue bin aber mit meinem Latein am Ende.
Man denkt man kauft ein gutes Produkt und am Ende hat man wieder knapp 200€ in den Sand gesetzt.
Würde ich unter keinen Umständen weiter empfehlen.

The product was good and easy to install. It was fast delivery and the company have answered all my questions about their products. I can recommend the company and the product.

If you are buying from the US you will be hit with COD fees on delivery that can vary wildly. While the FAQ section of their site touches on possible Tarriff/tax costs, no where during the checkout process was any of this presented when purchasing from an iPhone and shopify in the US. UPS was demanding an additional $50 in undisclosed COD fees so we refused. The product was returned but we are out $138 plus shipping for nothing and UPS still wants $50.

So stay away from these people. I have purchased from other European vendors and not had any of these experiences. They lie about the purchase process and take your money for a product you will never get without paying ransom for tarrifs and delivery costs you supposedly already paid for.
