It doesn't stay on my shoulders and neck areas as one would expect. Needs straps to position it better.

The hip ice wraps were a God send for my hip replacement recovery. I only wish I had purchase 3 instead of 2. I would definitely recommend these to anyone having joint or replacement surgery.

A dear relative has rheumatoid arthritis that causes significant pain and discomfort in her shoulder. Her rheumatologist shared that she should ice the affected shoulder - especially at night when she was experiencing pain. The issue: to comfortably ice the shoulder at night prior to bed, my relative was placing a flat ice pack on her bed and then laying on it with her affected shoulder in a position which I expect caused more pain than the ice pack may have relieved. Then I found the Revixcare Shoulder Ice Pack Rotator Cuff Cold Therapy, Ice Packs Shoulder Wraps for Pain Relief. Not only does the ice pack allow my relative to more efficiently ice her shoulder but she can comfortably lay on her back--keeping pressure off of the shoulder--and not compromise a comprehensive icing session. My wife & I have 3 Revix wraps which are nicely designed, made of comfortable, soft but sturdy cover material & whose contents work well for heat absorption & retention. The only shortcomings are: they should be 2-3 inches longer & the large velcro attachment areas are too secure & noisy in use.

i need to return because i ordered the ice pack. i wanted the warmer. i saw my mistake at the last minute and have not yet figured how to return.

We love the X-Large microwavable heating pad. Great moist heat. The soft plush fabric is comfortable and cozy. Very pleased!

I had received notice from USPS that my package had been delivered, when it had not been. I reached out to Revixcare, and received a response within 12 hours, and a replacement within 24 hours.

Even though it was not their fault the item was missing, they still replaced it at no additional charge to me.
