Went today to wash the duvets. ,£13 for the larger machine with softener is almost day light robbery. Machine hardly uses any water and there was no way I was drying them there. £3.50 for 15 minutes. Seriously need to rethink their prices. I won't be using them again. I'll just upgrade my machine at home. Will be cheaper in the long run

David dyas thanks offer of new washing machine for £190 dot wot it it been to long you parts and guaranteed are not worth the paper they are right on so I had to this mouth disabled benefits to bay a new hotpoint I never use hoover ever they don't give a sxxt bo not bay hoover there gust a rep off off off why do I have pay 190 for a new washing machine machine wots with the guarantee than yes it o told you on the 19 January you told to wait for parts is a joke

Wish I could give no stars. Misinformation on the website. Went to the first location as was mentioned on their website but found no machine. Contacted customer service they said machine was removed from this location hence drive to the other nearest one. Got to the next one and to my surprise the machine was out of service haha what a joke! I drove 10 miles altogether and no luck with washing or drying. The machine was disgustingly dirty. I wouldn’t have used it even if it was in working order. Terrible terrible terrible! Don’t waste your time and fuel!

I have used their service before, and I found the process of inserting money and waiting for the clothes to be straightforward. However, I noticed that many people bring their pets' clothes to wash there, which makes me think that those washing machines are only suitable for washing pet clothes. As a result, all my clothes ended up with dog hair on them, which was quite frustrating

This morning I tried to fit my king size duvet in my washing machine.. no way was it fitting, so after a quick google search I found a machine in Epsom went to find it couldn’t find it anywhere so decided to try another location that was close by, I’m glad I did it was SO easy to use and my duvet is now nice and clean!
I will be more than happy to use the machines again! Thank you

Clean,quick to use machines.
Closed off so not being stared at by cars.
Cheap for the load you can put in & compared to price of electric.
Will use again & I'd reccomend.

J ai utilisé leur machine qui n à pas fonctionné j ai téléphoné on devait me rembourser par rib.
Depuis le 24 janvier pas de remboursement j ai eu des gens au téléphone qui doivent ou me rappeler ou faire le nécessaire comme hier encore j attends toujours leur appel... Et le comble c est qu ils me disent qu ils m ont remboursé depuis le 7 février et que je n ai rien sur mon compte.
PAS SÉRIEUX DU TOUT le service après vente n est pas à la hauteur

I recently used the revolution washing machine at upper church Lane tipton. I experienced an issue which I hadn't experienced whilst using the machines before. I contacted customer service and spoke to a lady called Denise. She was friendly and helpful and dealt with my issue quickly.

When they are working, the washing machines are really very good delivering excellent cleaning results. There are two sizes available to use, which is great when you need to do an extra large load containing items such as duvets.

However, the dryers take an absolute age which both costs a fortune and is very inconvenient unless you have time to spend 3 or 4 hours in the pub opposite waiting for everything to dry, which most of us don't as we all live very busy lives. So save your money and pop your load on an airer at home, and you can spend time doing something more productive than simply waiting for your laundry to dry.

Repair times are slow, and the washing machine is out of order at peak times at least once a fortnight, taking at least 24-48 hours each before they are up and working again. The company would do very well to invest in some sort of instant notification system for their mobile repair teams so that when a machine malfunctions in order to ensure that downtime is kept to an absolute minimum.

My review is for the machines outside the petrol garage on Llangyfelach Road Swansea based on the last couple of year's of use.

Went to use a machine, the washer didn't spin properly, but I carried on and used the drier, sat for 30 mins and the washing needed more time, to find out there was no heat!
Emailed "support" to be ignored and even after a second email, ignored still.

Use at your own risk, customer service is non existent.

Despite getting an automated response, the email still has no response 27/02/2024

I was very concerned after reading reviews, so I checked on a local forum before using the washers based in Penketh, Warrington. I am really pleased, the big blanket/duvet came out great! And they text me when it was done in the washer. Minor gripes, it was expensive at £23.50 for the wash and dry, and the text didn’t come for the dryer end alert! First world problems 😀! All in all a good service!

I used the 18kg washing machine to clean my duvet. The duvet came out almost dry and had not been cleaned. I paid £11 for the cycle and followed all instructions, so am disappointed with the service. I have tried finding a way to contact the customer service team and can only find a number based abroad. I feel disappointed and will not be using the service again.

Machine never washed the clothes - they came out dry. I saved the date, time and location of the machine but, seeing as I am not a French resident with a French number and address, was unable to reach out for a refund. I paid 10 euro for a wash which did not happen. The English company was of no use and could not give me any other means of contacting the French branch of the company - I had already explained to them this was not possible without a French address and the machine number - which I found nowhere in any of the pictures of the machines I took

The washing machines are good, but expensive. The dryer is also expensive but absolutely useless, takes hours and a lot of money to dry your clothes. I ended up taking a lot of wet clothes to a proper launderette where the clothes were dried in no time, for very little money.

It second time I used your service and to be honest I will never used it again.first time I dry about 4 kg of clothes 45 min and was still wet and doesn't had any small so no detergent today I give it try one more time and same no smell same dirty as I put in shocking. No costumer service give my money back

If this the same ones at the ones in Ireland then they are awful

The machines constantly malfunction and trying to get a refund is like pulling teeth...then you get told refunds are only via Bacs....they took the payment off my card in seconds and should refund back to the card via faster payments not f##king Bacs. I tell them each time it's the same machine, same location as per email chain but they stall for time, the machine isn't fixed which means many other people are getting money taken off them amounting to hundreds of ££££.

My advice is stay well clear of them... I'll not be using them anymore, I'll go the local launderette

The machines were surrounded by litter and rubbish, nearly twisted my ankle and fell on some timber lying in front of the machines, dryer and wash machine full of dog hair, expensive and slow, now drying remainder of my washing in front of my heater.

After a washing machine breakdown at home the revolution laundry was a saviour over the new year period with lots of family home for holidays and a lot more laundry than usual. Easy to use and operate. Then when we had the disaster of a lost diamond bracelet in the wash the customer service I received was extremely timely and kind and professional. Luckily an engineer was sent to the machines used and the bracelet retrieved within 48 hours. Couldn’t be more impressed and a million thanks.

The refund service was without any problem whatsoever. Your staff were prompt and polite.
